    KEY RESOURCES

    The main components are physical, human, intellectual, and financial resources. Physical resources in building a
    heavy-duty portable generator mainly includes the engine and batteries. Power backup batteries will be used to
    store up electricity until needed. Also, it will reduce generators’ running time. Fuel such as diesel, gasoline or other
    natural gas will be used. Moreover, USB ports will be accessible for charging electronic devices. Human resources
    include an effective team in creating the generator itself and mobile application that would let clients to view
    numerous features such as electricity consumption, payments, and controlling the generator remotely. Avoidance
    of hazardous gasses polluting the environment will be strictly kept in mind. Intellectual resources include
    copyrights, patents and customer databases which will be secured.

    CUSTOMER SEGMENT

    Our project’s sole purpose is to deliver electricity to camps or individuals picnicking in the desert or remote areas
    so our customer segment would be a “Niche market” targeting only a specific audience. Our portable generators
    can be used for recreational purposes and people who are devoted to camping are our main target market.

    UNINTENDED USES OF BUSINESS

     PROLONGED ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION

    One of the aspects concerning our portable generators is that it will be designed to function for a prolonged
    period. This will not only encourage excellent performance, but greater level of efficiency will also be achieved. Its
    unintended use could be misuse of batteries to charge car or any other high voltage battery. We can overcome this
    by providing power backup batteries that will store up electricity until needed. Power backup batteries will also be
    available in case the generator runs out.

     CAMPSITE LIGHTS

    Our portable generator will help maintain the comfort level of our customers that would let them enjoy a modest
    bit of luxury in both, hot and cold weather. One unintended use could be customers keeping the campsite lights on
    for the entire night. Increased consumption of electricity means greater production and higher cost. To overcome
    this problem, hanging fluorescent lights and petrol lamps can be used.

     ELECTRICAL STOVE

    Cooking over electrical devices is much easier rather than roasting on campfire. Electrical stoves are easily
    available so heating water, making coffee and cooking a meal is much easier and less time consuming. Its
    unintended use could overheating the stove or mishandling cannisters containing fuel and even flawed equipment.
    Campers can overcome this by always using the electrical stove outside the tent and not in confined spaces. Even if
    they use it inside, they should make sure there is proper ventilation.

    CONCLUSION

    Diesel generators are being used to provide power and electricity to remote areas for many years. Gas generators
    is also a good option which is available at cheaper rates but is quite expensive to operate. A portable electrical
    generator will provide convenience to our customers which will be worth the cost. Moreover, it will have a
    convenient wireless remote to control the generator and will be user friendly.

    The main purpose of our project is to assist campers to gain access to their camping needs which may either
    include cooking, supplying adequate lights, charging electronic devices and even connecting a refrigerator. Our
    assistance will help our consumers easily lift the weight of a critical camping necessity off their shoulders. This is a
    feasible project so investing in a portable camping generator is the best decision one could ever make which will
    surely give a better yet a memorable experience to the campers.
