Requirements for Statistics Report

Spring term, 2021

The course report needs to use statistical methods to analyze or


to solve a real problem. The format of the course report is the
same as that of a published paper. The course report must have a
topic. The topic of the course report can be determined by
yourself. The report must include a title (topic), an abstract, an
introduction (background and motivation of your report),
statistical techniques used in the report, data and representations
(graphs, figures, etc.), conclusions, and references.

It is required that the report should not be less than 6 A4 pages


with 12 pounds size words. Excel and Macro Addin-MegaStat
should be used in the report.

The submission deadline of electronic version of the report is


June 23, 2021. And the submission deadline of the hardcopy of
the course report is to be determined.
