How to start the process:
1. Choose a job according to the shared list of jobs and the demand letter if it is important for
you, if not we can help you to choose one.
2. Send us a good and clear scanned copy of your passport and CV.
3. Sign Agreement and make a prepayment of 1000 euros to start the process.
4. After receiving the prepayment we will give you the submission letter issued from the
voivodeship department for your work permit invitation application within 5/10 working days.
5. After getting submission it will take 45 working days to issue the work permit invitation.
6. When the work permit is ready we send you the scanned or photocopy by email, you will have
to make the second payment of 1000 Euros.
7. After receiving the second payment we will send the original work permit invitation along
with the embassy supporting documents at your preferred address.
8. The package of documents will be sent by DHL. And you have to pay for courier charges that
are 50 to 100 euros depending on the location.
9. Once you receive the original documents you need to get the embassy appointment at
ekonsulat
10. After submission of the document at the embassy, it will take another 15 working days
for the embassy to decide on your visa.
11. After getting a visa, you will make the third payment of 1000 euros before coming to
Poland. 12. If your visa gets rejected due to not justifying the purpose of stay then we prepare
a document from the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs that helps you to re-appeal against the
embassy decision and you have to submit that document at the embassy. And for this
document, you have to pay additional 100 Euros and then we courier this document for you
from Poland. 13. If you don't get a Visa we will refund the money only if the embassy writes
that the documents provided by us are false.
14. We meet you at the airport and take you to the accommodation.
15. When you work in Poland for 2 to 3 months, we will help you in getting the Temporary
Residence Permit for 3 years which is renewable.
Employment requirements:
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Speak English at the basic level
The total service charge is 3000 euros for the following services mentioned below.
• Arrange Poland Work Permit Invitation letter within 45 working days from the employer
(Sometimes Voivodeship Office Poland takes more time depending on the number of
applications and holidays)

Payment Policy:
1. Prepayment - 1000 euros
2. After getting the work permit invitation after getting the scanned/photocopy by email before
getting the original Work permit invitation to your address. - 1000 euros 3. The remaining
amount of 1000 euros after getting the visa.
Time-frame: Work invitation processing takes 45 working days, delivery worldwide up to 5

days, D-type visa application through the embassy of Poland 10-20 days.
Note: We don't charge for the job, jobs are free if you have a permanent residence permit if not

services. Embassy fees will be paid by the client and it is around 80 Euro. And we can work only
