Dear Mrs. Ballesteros,


Good day!
I write this letter requesting your approval for my Action Plan in Reading
Intervention for Struggling Students in Grade 4. This reading program will help the
non/slow readers improve their reading skills. I will conduct remedial reading classes
once a week and students under this program shall stay in their home and shall be
assisted by their guardians/parents. I shall give them technical assistance by providing
reading materials and regular follow ups through chat/text, and if allowed, home
visitation.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the program.
