1. PAYMENT NOTES

1.1. Payment methods


Via PayPal. Make sure that the email account by which you use to work is the same as your
PayPal account email.

1.2. Payment procedure


● After being sent, the files will go through the quality assurance and testing process and if
passed, they will be labeled as ​“Delivered”.
● At the end of each month, we will raise an invoice for all of your files with the status
“​Delivered​”. All completed files but not in the status “​Delivered​” will be in the
following months’ invoice.
● After issuing the monthly invoice, it usually takes between 10-15 days for our partner to
review. Once it is accepted by our partner, we will make the payment to your PayPal
account.
● The whole process usually takes about 15 working days of the following month for you
to receive money of the previous month.
● Payment under $10 cannot be made. In case, your invoice for the month is under $10,
please kindly wait for the next month to be paid.

2. FINANCIAL COMPENSATION

2.1. Bonus
For each language, we will have a monthly reward of $50 for a person who completes the most
files with the best quality.

2.2. Penalty
Files contain many errors will not pass the quality assurance and testing process. They will be
sent back to you with feedback to rework.

People who fail to meet the requirements mentioned in the next article might be removed an
account to work.

3. REQUIREMENTS
Failure to meet these requirements without noticing us about the reasons in advance might lead
to the removal of the account.

3.1. The minimum hours of audio per week


You should be an active freelancer and complete at least 3 hours of audio per week.
In case you fail to meet this requirement, you have to send an email to inform us about your plan.
Unless the system will remove your account and take all files back.

3.2. The deadlines to finish files


Files assigned to your account should be finished within 48 hours, unless it will be taken back
and unpaid.

3.3. Check your account on a daily basis to work on new files and to rework files (if have).

3.4. Check and use your email frequently to keep an update about our notice when we
inform so not to meet any important information.

4. EXPLANATION ABOUT THE RATE UNIT


The rate for this type of job is ​per 1 Hour of Audio.
For example: your rate is $30/ audio hour. It means that if you work on 2 files: 15 minutes and
30 minutes. You will receive $30*45/60 = $22.5.

5. WHERE TO SEND THE FILES AFTER FINISHING THEM?


Once you finish your files on the system, please kindly follow these rules to send:
● If you are doing MT role (or Transcription/ Transcriber): Click the buttons “Send to QA”
and Waw Asia pool on the system.

● If you are doing QA role: Click the button “Send to client”.
Sending the wrong path after finishing files on the system might lead to be unpaid for the files.

6. EXPLANATION ABOUT REWORK FILES


If your files contain too many errors, they will be sent back to you to rework. Those “rework
files” will be in your “New files” folder and contain a “Red Signal”.

7. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
In case you have any technical problems with the files, you can ask the IT team to fix it for you
by clicking on the “Query Box” icon on the system, send along with a snapshot if possible.

8. REPORTS
Kindly bookmarks these 2 links of reports on your browser to easily find and make them.

8.1. The File Report

Once you complete one file, you have to fill in this File Report. Forgetting to make this file
report might lead to the lack of new files assigned to your account and unpaid files.

8.2. The “No files available report”

If you check your account, and don’t see any new files to work on, you will make this report to
get new files if available.
