Cloud Management:
Cloud Management is the management of cloud related products and services. these
services are managed by public cloud service providers. In short management is the
whole team that is working on the improvement of cloud services and usage. A well
defined and well explained cloud strategy can help a lot finding problems and their
solutions. successful cloud management ensures that administrators regularly
monitor cloud costs,

Resource management:
Resource management is the process, planning to utilize and arranging of the services
that is provided to the customer.
Here are some task that are implemented using the resource management system are:
1: Managing the virtual IT resources templates
2: Allocating and releasing virtual IT resources into the available physical
infrastructure.
3: Coordination with the IT resources .
4: Security policies that are related to the cloud computing.
5:Monitering the operational activities related to it.

SLA is service level agreement between the service provider and the customer. It is
expected the level of service provider.in short it is the agreement between companies
and external provider.
Here I would like to discuss here about the telecom companies they are all promised
to provide the network availability about 99.999% so this is some type of SLA
management between the users and the agreement.
Components of SLA :
Basically the SLA has the two major components in two different areas service and
management
Service area includes the specific of the service that is to be the provide, condition of
the service provider/availability, standers like the time window for each service that is
provided by the service provider.
Management elements should include the managing side standards and methods
reporting process.
Here is three types of SLA’s
1: Customer-based SLA
2: Service Based SLA’s
3:Multilevel SLA
Billing Management System:
Billing management system mechanism is dedicated to collecting and processing of
the usage and operating of the system on the cloud he billing management system
relies on pay-per-use monitors to gather runtime usage data that is stored in a
repository.

The providers computers resources are pooled to the server multiple consumers with
the help of multi-tenet model, with different physical and virtual machines are
provided to the customers according to their demand. In short pooling are some type
of demand and supply formula on which its working.
The resources could be Storage ,memory virtual machines etc.
Like if I want to use about 20 computers for three days then I will use them and after
three days I pay for it and these computer will be available for the others users as
well. These are all about the pooling or resource pooling.
Dynamic Scalability
The dynamic scalability is based on a system that are already defined scaling
conditions that gives the dynamic allocation of IT resources from resource pools.
There is about three types of scalability which are
1:dynamic horizontal scaling
2: Dynamic vertical scaling
3:dynamic relocation
dynamic horizontal scaling: it resources instances that are scaled out and then
scaled in to handle the function workload
Dyna mic relocation: The IT resource is relocated to a host with more capacity

On the left side these are all the cloud service consumers load balancer working is to
divide tasks and sent them to virtual cloud server of A and B. A redundant copy of
Cloud Service A is implemented on Virtual Server B. The load balancer intercepts
cloud service consumer requests and directs them to both Virtual Servers A and B to
ensure even workload distribution.
