    AFFIDAVIT OF LOW INCOME

    I, YASMIN CALMA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with office address at 1195 Chino
    Roces Avenue corner Yakal Street, San Antonio, Makati City, Philippines, after having duly
    sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and state:

    1. That, I am the Senior Vice President of CALCAN CORP., a corporation duly


    organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, situated
    in the above mentioned address;

    2. That, I hereby state under oath that CALCAN CORP., generated low income for
    the year 2020 which gross income in the amount of ₱ 7,500,000.00 as compared
    to gross income for the year 2019 amounting to ₱ 10,900,000.00, due to COVID-
    19 pandemic, thus, income generation gradually drops;

    3. This affidavit is being executed in order to attest to the truth of the above
    foregoing facts, for information and guidance of proper authorities concerned
    and for all legal purpose this may serve.

    Affiant sayeth naught.
