1. Reference: Spot Report re Shooting Incident dated May 26, 2021.

2. Request conduct Fingerprint Examination of the following pieces of


evidence recovered from the crime scene re shooting incident that transpired at about
11:00 PM, May 25, 2021 at No. 22 Legarda St., Sampaloc, Manila.

a. NATURE OF THE CASE : Homicide

b. NAME OF SUSPECT : Paterno Ruiz y Esteban, 27 years


old, single, bank teller, former ramp
model, and resident of No. 22
Legarda St., Sampaloc, Manila.

c. NAME OF VICTIM : Pedro Pendoko y Santos, 38 years


old, separated, with three (3)
children, with live-in partner.

d. EVIDENCE SUBMITTED : a. Latent prints lifted from the


firearm turned over by the suspect,
b. Latent prints lifted from the shot
glasses recovered from the crime
scene.

e. PURPOSE : To determine the if the latent prints


lifted from the crime scene
matches the suspect.

3. Further request furnish this office a copy of the result thereof to be used for
filing of appropriate charges.

4. Request consideration.
