ACTIVIDAD #1:
Responda a cada una de las preguntas realizadas. Se les recuerda que son situaciones
irreales, pero deberá responder que haría en esa situación, justifique su respuesta.
Ejemplo: If I won the lottery, I would buy a yacht. I would like to know how does it feel to
be on the open sea.

GRUPO #1:
1. What would you do if you were elected the leader of your country? 

If I were elected president of my country, I would make life imprisonment the


maximum sentence. In Venezuela, the maximum sentence that exists is 30 years,
which in my opinion is very little time for some crimes.

2. What would you tell yourself if you could go back in time and talk to your younger
self? 

If I could go back in time and talk to myself about the past, I would tell myself to
learn that mistakes are possible. Growing up we are not used to failure, but it is a
reality to be lived.

3. If you could create a superhero, what would their power and name be? 

If I could create a superhero, her power would be to fly and her name would be
"flying woman". Simplicity sometimes makes greatness like this superhero.

4. What would you do if you were the second richest person in the world? 

If I were the second richest person in the world, I would fight poverty and world
hunger. Humanity is ceasing to exist mainly because of this, so the best way is to
put an end to these problems.

5. Who would you marry if you could marry anyone in the world?

If I could marry anyone in the whole world, I would marry Chris Evans the Captain
America actor. He is a clear example of beauty and interpretation of an excellent
character.

6. What year would you travel to if you had a time machine? 

If I had a time machine, I would travel to the year 2800. The intrigue if human life
exists for that time is a total enigma, it would be interesting to see if there is still
human life.
ACTIVIDAD #2: SITUACIÓN IRREAL
PARA AMBOS GRUPOS:
En la siguiente actividad deberá elegir un (01) evento histórico (nacional o internacional). Debe
justificar por qué lo ha seleccionado (¿Qué ocurrió en ese evento en particular para que lo
seccionara?), qué habría hecho en esa situación (serían las acciones o decisiones) y por qué tomaría
esas acciones (¿Qué razones tenía para hacer eso?).
Ejemplo:
The Battle of Waterloo was fought on Sunday, 18 June 1815, near Waterloo in Belgium, part of
the United Kingdom of the Netherlands at the time. I chose this battle because I would like to know
what was thinking Napoleon Bonaparte when he was defeated. If I were Napoleon, I wouldn’t go to
that battle if I knew that many people would die that day.

 The Battle of Victory was fought on a Saturday, it was a military confrontation of the
Venezuelan War of Independence, in which royalist forces under the command of
Francisco Tomás Morales were defeated by the republican forces of José Félix Ribas. I
chose this battle because of the number of young men involved. If I had been Francisco
Tomas Morales, I would surrender from the moment I observed the large number of young
men involved.
