WAIVER LETTER
I __________________________ hereby release, discharge and hold harmless Majid Al Futtaim
Hypermarkets LLC and its successors and assign, directors, officers, employees, agents, and including all its subsidiaries (“Company”) from any and all claims, liability, demands, actions, dues, covenants, promises, and damages that I may have against the Company, whatsoever in law, by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, illness, death or damages, related to my participation in (----------------------) (“Event”).
I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grant and assign the Company any and all rights, title and interest including but not limited to any and all materials, images, photographs, video and audio recordings of me that are made in connection to my participation in the Event.
I hereby undertake to keep all details related to the Event and my participation in the Event (“Confidential Information”) in complete confidence in confidence and shall take all steps reasonably necessary to protect the secrecy of and not to disclose or publish the Confidential Information until such time as confirmed in writing by the Company.
