CERSAI 2.0 OFFLINE REGISTRATION OF SECURITY INTEREST OR ATTACHMENT ORDER DETAILS

Users can download the offline template from the downloads section, link for which is present in the quick links.

User needs to Avoid renaming the downloaded template and the sheets present in the template.

After opening the downloaded template, User will see the Guidelines Page as shown below.

User needs to go through the Guidelines sheet first.

After Reading all the points mention in the guidelines sheet, User can start filling up the form by click on the
button available at the bottom in the guidelines sheet “Registration of SI or Attachment Order Details”.

After Clicking on the button present on the guidelines sheet user will be redirected to the next sheet i.e. SI or
Attachment Order Details.

Enter all mandatory fields which are marked with asterisk (*) sign. These fields cannot be left blank.

You can select the Type of Transaction, Further details will be populated as per the option selected by the user.

User can use the next and previous button present on the sheet to navigate from one page to another.

Avoid moving from one sheet to another while entering the data on the active sheet.

User can Enter BSR Code, Loan Account Number or any other unique number within Entity for identification of the
record in Entity Identification Number and Enter First Charge, Second Charge etc in Type of Charge Field.

In case of Consortium User can Add New Lender by clicking on “Add Lender” Button and can also delete the
current Lender by clicking on the “Delete Lender” Button.

After filling the details in SI or Attachment Order Details sheet, User can click on ‘Next’ Button to move to the next
sheet i.e. Asset Details and as per the Asset Category selected by the user, Further details will be populated.

Enter the required asset details and click on ‘Next’ Button to move to the next sheet i.e. Borrower or Assessee
Details.

User can Add or Delete Borrower/Assessee by clicking on the “Add Borrower/Assessee” or “Delete
Borrower/Assessee” Button respectively.

If user selects the option as ‘No’ for the field ‘Is Borrower Owner of the Asset’, then Asset Owner Details Sheet
will come and system move the next sheet i.e. SI or Attachment Holder Details when user click on ‘Next’ Button
after filling all the mandatory fields.

If user selects the option as ‘Yes’ for the field ‘Is Borrower Owner of the Asset’, then Asset Owner Details Sheet
will not come and system directly move to the last sheet i.e. SI or Attachment Holder Details when user click on
Next Button after filling all the mandatory fields.

After filling up all the fields in SI or Attachment Holder Details Sheet, User can click on “Submit” button to create
JSON file.

JSON file is by Default saved in Documents Folder in User’s PC.

User needs to avoid renaming the JSON file.

Registered Users can upload JSON File Post Login on CERSAI Website.Click on Login button on top right-hand side,
a window will pop-up where user will enter credential. After plugging Digital Signature Class III, user will enter

valid credential, captcha and click on Login button.

To upload the JSON file, User can login to CERSAI Web Portal, Navigate to Menu -> Security Interest ->
Registration.

“Upload Offline Form SI registration (JSON)” link is available on the top right hand side under Quick Links

User can click on Choose File Button, select the file and click on Proceed Button to upload the JSON File.

After uploading the file, all the details are reflecting automatically in all the tabs.

User can Re-verify the data and click on the submit button available in the last tab i.e. Holder Details.

When user Click on Submit Button, Transaction will be successfully registered in the system and Transaction Id,
Security Interest Id and asset Id will be displayed on the screen.
