before briefing.

Intau: Okay then lets move to the next discussions. How about venue of the
activity? Do you guys have any idea or recommended place to conduct this
gotong royong activity?

Yun: Miss, I would like to suggest that our venue to conduct this activity would
be at Rumah Perlindungan orang Tua SRA in Kuala Selangor. This place
located are not far from our office that will make easy for us to come besides,
this venue was recommended by this company.

Intau : That was an a good idea yun, as the venue located are not too far
from our office I think everyone should have no problem to participated right?
How about others? Do you agree with Yun or you have any other
recommended place ?

Everyone: Agree or Disagree

Yun : However miss, we need a canopy tables and chair to setup at the
venue for the old folks to having their lunch and tea time at that day. Can you
help me with that?

Intau : Sure, I will give you the lists of the company contact numbers and
details in order for you to approach and dealt with the company if they are
available on that day and date.

Yun : Okay Miss

Intau: Okay then, next, how about lunch and tea time ? Tasha ? Is there any
idea or suggestion from your departmemnt?

Tasha: From our department , I think we are going to deal about food lunch
and tea time. I have a few lists of catering that I can dealt and contact with.
But how about the menu ? Do you have any idea for the menu? Or we we will
just let the caterers decide the menu within the budget given?

Intau: I think both also can, either you decide the menu or lat the caterers do
so. But make sure, the foods lunch and tea time must suitable for the old folks
too.

Tasha: Okay I will dealt wit that later, furthermore miss, For the production
team, we have try to get a sponsorship from the cleaning company to
sponsor their cleaning product to our company. Are you okay with that? Or
shall we not have any sponsor for the event?

Intau : I think that would be good and furthermore, It will cut our cost and
budget. Good idea you can just proceed with that . Okay next, how about the
promoting of the event Ayaa?
Ayaa : I have decide that we will going to monitoring and posting to social
media including creating and event hastag Besides we suggest that we want
to make advertisement pamplet and gives to others people so that they can
join the gotong royong activities with us.

Intau: I think that was and a good idea too to attract more people to join the
activity. How about everyone?

Intau : Okay then, how about Farahin? Is there anything you want to suggest
as you from Marketing Department?

Farahin: I sugest to monitoring the social medias and design the pamplet that
want to be given to the people later.

Intau: Good Farahin, I think you and Ayaa will worked on this together for the
pamplet. Anything else farahin?

Farahin: Should we do sharing sessions with the folks after gotong royong?
And also invite the publicist so other people can have the awareness toward
the gotong royongso that there will be more events at the future?

Intau: I think that was an a very pretty good idea too. How about everyone?

Intau : Okay then, How about Equpment Team? Ayla ?

Ayla: Although they are told to bring their own equipment but we must also
bring extra equipment for them in the event such as gloves, face mask, hats,
plastic trashes , brooms, shovels and rakes as well as lorries to transport the
rubbish to the dumping.
Intau : Nice, how about sound equipment that we want to use when briefing
later? We also need to prepared speech too right?

Ayla: Yes, for sound equipment we will also provide like loud speakers on
tripods, microphone, includes all eletrical extensions, audio cables, spare
batries laptop, projector and portable tripod projector screen.

Intau : Yes that would be a good preparation. I think about the extra
equipment you will also worked with Tasha and Yun as they also need to deal
with the Cleaning Equipment sponsorship and also few others equipments
such as table chairs and canopy right Tasha and Yun?

Tasha & Yun : Yes that would be a good idea.

Intau : Okay then saqina, how about you ? Any suggestion from you about
this event as you from Finance Department?

Saqina: Our department sugest that we would like to give souvenirs to them
like fruits, new clothes, and wheel chair for them to used. Are you guys okay
with my department ideas ?

Intau: Good idea, how about others?

Everyone : Agree with saqina ideas

Saqina : Furthermore, we already make a design for the outfit of the gotong
royong activities event so that you guys can vote which design that you would
like and the highest vote will outfit the design.

Everyone : I think that will be very pretty good idea too so that it will be more
fun as we are going our own outfit at the event.
