MOOG HOUSE OF ELECTRONICUS

PATCH BOOK

7 patches
An electronic pop-up and synth guided exploration of the
power of sound. The Moog House Of Electronicus was open to
the public daily from January 24 - 30 in Chinatown, LA.
Visitors had the opportunity to get hands on with Moog synths
and explore the deeper dimensions of sonic experience through
interactive sculptural synthesis installations, an immersive
audio visualization system, and daily synthesizer workshops
led by synthesist Bana Haffar.

HOW T O PLAY THE KEYBOARD & CREATE A SEQUENCE ON MOTHER-32
PLAY THE KEYBOARD CREATE A SEQUENCE

1. Clear Sequence
1. Hold (SHIFT) and Press the (KB) button
to ensure you’re in KB mode
2. Record Sequence
2. Use the OCTAVE/LOCATION buttons
to select a higher or lower octave
3. Enter Notes

3. Play the Keyboard


4. Finish Recording

HOW T O TEMPO SYNC THE MOTHER-32 AND DFAM


MOTHER-32 DFAM
To Sync a DFAM to a Mother-32,
simply patch from the ASSIGN output
jack on the Mother-32 Patchbay into
the ADV/CLOCK input on the DFAM.

DFAM

Press RUN/STOP on your DFAM.


This will ensure that it is ready to play
when it begins receiving a Clock signal
from the Mother-32.

MOTHER-32

Press RUN/STOP on Mother-32.


Both units should now be playing
in sync.

This is a 3 Oscillator Synth.
DFAM does not run but rather is triggered by Mother-32.
Step 8 velocity must be turned up on the DFAM as marked.
Program a sequence on the Mother-32.
