Who AM I
Who AM I
Consciousness Energy:
Sound inspires us, lifts us, helps us communicate, express ourselves, and even heal on a
deep level.
Have you ever stopped to consider how amazing it is that everything around you is made up
primarily of energy that vibrates at different frequencies?
Thanks to science , we know that the denser an object is, the lower its vibration, and the
lighter something is, the higher its vibration. The vibration also corresponds to the emotions.
When we identify with emotions like anger, hatred, jealousy, guilt, paranoia, and self-hatred,
we actually lower our vibration.
On the other hand, when we stop identifying with these emotions and instead see them
simply as fluctuating energy within us, we begin to experience "high vibration" states such as
love, peace, gratitude, creativity, and fulfillment. personal.
Here it is important to remember that there is nothing wrong with feeling any type of emotion,
including uncomfortable ones.
While the best way to experience high vibrational states, such as love and bliss, is to stop
identifying and clinging to thoughts and emotions, there are helpful catalysts that help focus
your energy.
In 2014, a study led by neuroscientist Molly J. Crocket shed light on how much humans care
about others relative to themselves.
The results were surprising.
They showed that, on average, people were willing to pay twice as much money to prevent
someone else receiving an electric shock than the amount of money they would pay to
prevent receiving the same amount of shock themselves.
At first, the conclusions seem puzzling.
How does this fit with our survival bias, our innate sense of self-protection in the face of
danger? A little experiment may help us understand this apparent contradiction.
In the next few days, do the following two things:
1. Something fun
2. Something altruistic
Plan both events and write about how you think doing those two different acts will make you
feel.
Then, immediately after completing the two activities, write down how you actually feel. At the
end of the day, write down how you feel again, long after both events happened.
More likely than not, the high of doing something fun will last for a little bit and then fade
away. It is a satisfaction that consumes itself shortly after the activity ends.
If you go to the cinema and you enjoyed the movie, you will feel good after leaving the
premises, but you won't carry that feeling much longer after that.
However, if you perform a random act of kindness the feeling-good effect will endure for
hours after the event happened. Try helping a little boy with their homework, or listening to
someone in need. Or donating to a cause you truly believe in.
The positive feelings stemming from the altruistic act will last for a long time after the event
happened.
And Positive Psychology Knows Why
Positive psychology is the field behind the scientific theory of happiness.
Not so long ago, psychology focused only on helping troubled minds go back to a healthy
state:
Patients suffering from depression and other mental disorders.
It sought to bring these patients back from "-10 to 0" on the well-being scale.
Positive psychology, on the other hand, looks to answer the question,
"what can make a healthy mind thrive?"
It looks scientifically into how we can go from "0 to +10" on the well-being scale.
It is called the PERMA model:
P for Positive Emotion: feeling good, optimism, pleasure and enjoyment.
E for Engagement: doing fulfilling work, having exciting hobbies, immersing oneself in a
sense of "flow".
R for Relationships: deep social connections, love, intimacy, emotional and physical
interaction with others.
M for Meaning: having a purpose in life.
A for Accomplishment: setting and pursuing goals, realizing your ambition, living with a
sense of achievement.
You can experience all of these in a single act of giving, whether it's sharing a meal with a
friend or donating a large sum to a good cause.
The two ways above are two expressions of the same mindset.
Believing in abundance - without giving ourselves mindlessly nor denying our ambitions in
the process - can lead us on a path towards personal well-being and success in life.
Happiness has to be earned. It cannot be chased. It cannot be manufactured. Happiness is
about the consistency of our daily actions with our principles. The way we respond to the
daily demands of life.
In that context, a virtuous circle of gratitude and giving - as proven by positive psychology,
the science of happiness - becomes a critical element of a fulfilling life.
life is not a zero-sum game.
An abundance mindset is both possible and practical. Science has shown our brains are
wired to give because they prolong positive emotions from such interactions.
Positive Psychology confirms this and gives us a model we can use to become productive
achievers:
PERMA.
As we transition from a three-dimensional reality to a hyper-dimensional existence, we are
experiencing a mind-body-soul re-calibration in our being.
This activation of cellular restructuring, a quantum makeup, has been brought about by
cosmic waves of light energy flowing through and around our planet, as the planet is also
recalibrating, raising its frequencies.
This process has been activated and is being monitored. We are being guided, as a planet
and as individuals, protected and healed.
The transition from third-dimensional existence to multi-dimensional life is difficult and
challenging.
Intense energy highs, creative surges followed by deep lows from a blurry head, physical
exhaustion, poor short-term memory, and tearful moments.
We can feel conflicted internally, as if we are being pushed in different directions.
We can be more aware of the control dramas that others are playing around us.
We can see through the lies and manipulations of people or society in a way that we
never did before.
This can be disconcerting, confusing and leave us feeling in the weather, tired and
restless. As our bodies recalibrate we need to rest, stay hydrated, and eat well.
We are moving from a linear existence in the third dimension to a hyperdimensional
reality , where time is quantum. We will exist in the past, present and future at the same time.
This is the fifth dimension. Full of love, abundance, flow and balance.
As we transition we move between the third, fourth, and fifth dimensions. During sleep,
dreams allow our spirit to free itself from the dense vibrations of the body in the third
dimension. We could experience a sliding or acceleration of the timeline. This is rare and
incredible celestial event.
A unique opportunity to release karma and evolve.
To be grounded, aware, living the life of the third dimension, and at the same time gain
connection with the frequency of the multi-verses, of love, of universal unity.
The law of free will dictates our freedom to choose, therefore, if we want help, we must ask
for it.
There are many benevolent beings whose own history is interconnected with the evolution of
the earth. Together with our guides, they are willing and able to help facilitate this difficult
transition process. Meditate, connect, and ask for protection, guidance, and healing during
this intense period of refreshment.
The realignment of our chakras to the higher frequencies of cosmic ascension is the heart of
recalibration.
The balance of the mind-body-soul Trinity. We are excavating the root chakra, rebalancing
our sacral chakra, igniting the solar plexus, opening and living through the heart, projecting
our authentic through the throat, and activating our third eye and crown chakra. We look for
the alignment from the root to the crown.
Personal care is the modus operandi of the day.
This is ground zero.
Politically and economically, we are all working harder, fighting a corrupt
system plagued through the media with destructive wars, fear and horror,
which are masses of sticky dark energy that we must wade through.
All the while clearing up our own karmic charges through meditation and updates.
This requires a change in contextual perspective for many of us. The capitalist matrix
dictates work, work, work, compete, feel inferior, work, work, work and compete.
This is not conducive to personal care.
So how do you navigate these stormy and difficult times?
Family, keep me mindful of a beautiful gift.
Tribe of my soul, keep me laughing. Home is my refuge.
Meditation, keep me sane.
We signed up for this.
Either as a light worker here on a personal and cosmic mission or as a soul in the waves of
karmic release on planet earth as this panoptic prison crumbles. This is a rare, momentous
and incredible moment of being alive, breathing it and here!
When you are one day taken to a living room on a ship to enjoy a cosmic cocktail, this is the
lifetime that you and your tribe will be remembering. This span of life with its peaks and
valleys, waves of intense growth towards freedom, unique experiences and the true beauty of
the planet and the human experience.
This is the span of life that we will all remember. In this life, in which we were able to clear
hundreds of lifetimes of karma. This is great, folks.
Be in the present with your family, your friends, your people. Love and be loved. Rest as
often as possible. Stay hydrated. And remember that it is happening to many of us.
The force has awakened, the red pill has been swallowed, Kansas is leaving and we are
headed to the new land.
Stay relaxed, beautiful people, keep calm and go with the flow, meditate and give a little love.
It seems there are issues facing our collectively shared reality that are insurmountable.
This can lead to a defeatist attitude, as well as a discarding of our values because fear is
driving us to align ourselves with individuals, movements, and ideas that are perceived as
being a "lesser evil" than the alternative.
We have to be careful not to give away our power.
We all share a responsibility to do our part in restoring balance and creating the future.
Yes, you are just one person, but that has never stopped other luminaries of times past from
being catalysts for global change...
You can look at yourself as being just one agent of change in two ways:
You take on a helping role in a specific way for a specific issue affecting the entire
planet.
You expand and elevate your consciousness and continuously pulse out a frequency
into the collective consciousness noosphere that will help raise the vibratory
frequencies of all other life, including the very Earth itself.
The most effective change makers do both of these simultaneously...
It is easy to be happy and loving when things are going well, but the true test of how evolved
you are comes when there are extreme challenges facing you and the collective experience.
How strong are you...?
If someone asks you how can you be happy, peaceful, and loving in a time when the world is
on fire, you can tell them that this is especially the time to be that way.
The Future is What We Decide to Make it
Are we collectively evolved enough to take responsibility for creating a nourishing future for
ourselves and of all life?
If not,
We will continue to see the manifestation of situations which do not have our
best interests in mind.
We will continue to see further turbulence, suffering, and degradation of life-
sustaining systems.
It's time to graduate into a responsible human family working together to co-create a future
that benefits all of us on Starship Earth.
The future is entirely in our hands.
Beyond the 3D aspects of making the planet a safe and habitable place for us, on a more
subtle level, we can shift the energy of the global noosphere in a way which will transpose
down into the dense 3D realm of our local Reality here on Earth and restore balance,
harmony, and coherence.
We have help, more than we realize. I realized two years aho every where I go I
have Hawk following me.
We have Sprit animal in us. How do we connect?
Here are some powerful approaches:
1. Spend more time outdoors
This helps you to forge a greater connection to nature which you'll need to
identify your Spirit Animal.
6. Try meditation
Our Spirit Animals often reveal themselves during practices such as meditation
because the mind because still. If you don't often meditate, or if you would like
assistance, there are many free meditation videos on YouTube.
7. Keep a journal
Record what animals you encounter in your meditations, dreams, and waking
life. Look for patterns or recurrences of a specific animal or animals.
You can also get a spirit animal reading if you need extra support.
While there are nearly an endless array of Spirit Animal guides out there, there are some that
tend to continually emerge.
I'll list them below:
Bear (strength, confidence)
Butterfly (personal transformation)
Cat (independence, curiosity)
Coyote (playfulness, adaptability)
Crow (vision, intelligence)
Deer (innocence, gentleness)
Dog (loyalty, love)
Dragonfly (transformation, adaptability)
Fox (agility, awareness)
Frog (rebirth, renewal)
Hawk (focus, leadership)
Horse (freedom, passion)
Hummingbird (positivity, playfulness)
Lion (strength, courage)
Owl (wisdom, intuition)
Rabbit (abundance, vulnerability)
Sheep (vulnerability, innocence)
Snake (healing, transformation)
Spider (creativity, receptivity)
Tiger (willpower, aggression)
Turtle (determination, persistence)
Wolf (intelligence, freedom)
Once you have discovered what your Spirit Animal/s is, a common question to ask is,
"what's next?"
How can you harness the new knowledge of your Animal Teacher to benefit
your life?
Here are a variety of ways to learn from your Spirit Animal:
1. Discover its symbolic wisdom (or 'medicine')
Each Spirit Animal has strengths and weaknesses which are important for you
to learn about, as they directly apply to your life.
The better you understand the symbolic meaning of your Animal Teacher, the
better you will come to understand yourself and what you need to improve or
change in your life.
You probably use them interchangeably - and have heard others do likewise - but meaning
and purpose are not the same things.
It's important to make clear distinctions here because otherwise our "what is the meaning of
life?" exploration will become very convoluted very quickly.
When talking about the meaning of life we often confuse and mix up the subjective and
objective (or personal and impersonal). Hence why it can feel like our brains have been put
through a blender when even considering the topic.
For one person, their meaning in life may be to raise kids, for another, their meaning may be
to,
create a charity, breed horses, become a world-renown artist, live off the grid,
write a book, teach others, meditate deeply, travel the world,
...and so on.
Ultimately, your core essence (your heart and soul) will know your true meaning in life.
In order to find your meaning, you'll need to do some soul-searching. You'll need to
understand yourself, your gifts and weaknesses, your passions, and your interests.
This is an exciting process that can also be frustrating and disheartening if the voice of your
soul is getting drowned out by the stress of daily life.
But first...
In other words, it's not something we have to create or find. Instead, it's something we realize
or tune into. Because it's already there, because it's already intrinsic and innate to who you
are, there's no need to go chasing anything.
So,
what is this innate purpose of life?
In an earthly sense, our purpose is the same as everything we see around us:
to grow, change, and expand.
Just look at the plants, animals, and trees; they all go through cycles of metamorphosis.
The planets also go through cycles, as do the seasons. And the Universe is expanding every
moment! We too are destined to go through these cycles of expansion...
Why reduce the complexity of life in that way? I have personally experienced the spiritual
dimension of reality many times, and that is enough for me. And so too have millions since
the dawn of time.
However, as the spiritual purpose of life is immaterial, it's more open to interpretation. (Hence
why there are thousands of spiritual movements and religious ideas in the world.)
So far we've established the clear difference between what is the meaning vs. purpose of life.
As we've seen, meaning is subjective, it is highly personal, it is something your soul feels
called to do or create. To find your meaning in life, you need to learn how to find yourself.
You'll need to do some soul-searching.
If you have no idea how to do that, here are some simple pathways:
1. Think back to what you loved doing as a child
Your inner child is your original self, the first version of "you" that entered the world. S/he
holds a tremendous amount of wisdom that is just waiting to be accessed.
As children, we didn't carry the same level of baggage, social conditioning, or fears that we
now lug around everywhere. When you were a child, you were attracted toward the things
that brought you the most joy.
The most interesting clues can be found within the activities you did the most as a child.
Perhaps you liked to read a lot, construct things, dress up your dolls, care for your toys, climb
trees, talk to your pets, pretend you were a police officer, construct imaginary realms, and so
on...
Take some time to carefully think about what you most enjoyed doing.
Get a journal and make some notes. Look for the activities you did for the longest amount of
time and most consistently. The answer may not slap you in the face immediately, but think
about what was the heart and core of the activity you did.
What quality were you attracted to the most?
2. Explore your personality (by taking tests)
I know this may sound banal, but free personality tests are a wonderful way of getting to know
yourself.
Plus, they're fun! Not only do you get to learn about your strengths and weaknesses, but you
are growing in self-understanding in a matter of minutes.
Not all free tests online are created equal. As our whole website is dedicated to the pursuit of
self-awareness and self-knowledge, you'll find some unique tests in our free tests area.
As always, take these tests with "a grain of salt." Take what you need and leave what you
don't.
You never quite know what unique things may be revealed about yourself!
3. Expand your mental horizons
We all have a "circle of competence" - a phrase coined by tycoons Warren Buffet and Charlie
Munger. What this means is that we all have some things that we're really knowledgeable
about, and other things we aren't.
Expanding your mental horizons means widening your circle of competence. This could mean
exploring a topic you know literally nothing about.
This could also mean delving into an area that you've always been secretly curious about but
have stopped yourself from exploring (for one reason or another).
Take a moment to think about what you would like to learn about if you were given a chance.
What thought first pops into your mind? Whatever that thought is reveals the place you need
to go next. Even if you feel silly, be an explorer.
Soul-searching isn't always convenient or comfortable.
But it is wildly unexpected and can be supremely illuminating, particularly if you're wanting to
find your meaning in life.
4. Think about what life has taught you
We are each given
a set of experiences in life.
The experiences are neutral.
They have no meaning.
It is how we interpret the experiences
that gives them meaning.
The interpretations of experiences
shape our beliefs and theories about the world.
Our beliefs and theories, in turn,
determine what we observe in the world
to confirm our beliefs,
which, in turn,
reinforce our interpretations.
Michael Michalko
Ultimately, answering "what is the meaning of life?" comes down to how you think about and
interpret life.
Do you ever think about the experiences you've had?
Do you ever give them a higher meaning?
If not, it's time to.
One of the most powerful ways to find your meaning is to reflect on the entire timeline of your
life.
What have been the major highs and lows?
What successes and tragedies have befallen you?
And most of all, what have they TAUGHT you?
If you can answer this single question ("what have all your experiences in life taught you?")
and take a higher perspective, you might just find your meaning in life.
For example, if you believe all your experiences have taught you to surrender and let go, you
might become interested in studying Zen Buddhism and make that your meaning in life.
If you've learned that all your experiences have taught you the importance of sticking to your
truth, you might become an advocate for something.
Make sense...? It's a simple but powerful soul-searching technique.
5. Visualize yourself on your death bed
This activity may at first appear morbid, but it holds within it the seed of true insight.
When death is upon us, everything becomes clear, crystalline, precious. There's no time to
waste and the choices we've made in life dance before our eyes.
For this activity, you'll need to set aside five or ten minutes. Get into a quiet and dark room.
You may even like to wear a sleeping mask or blindfold so your vision becomes pitch black.
If you want to put yourself into an even deeper mindset, you can play some funereal or
ethereal music quietly in the background. (And just in case you feel too uncomfortable,
ensure someone is in the house with you.)
Now, once you're ready, imagine you're lying on your death bed.
You are reflecting on all that you've done in your life.
When you think of your biggest achievements, what comes to mind?
What are you the happiest to have done, practiced, or committed to?
Don't be modest here. Think about something simply amazing you have done.
What is that...?
If nothing comes to mind, you can always return to this activity later (perhaps in the early
morning or late at night). Once you're ready to stop the visualization, feel into your body,
stretch your legs and arms. And take off the blindfold.
Consider journaling about your experience - it will be extremely valuable to remember it.
6. Practice inner work
Why is it that we struggle to find the meaning of our lives? One reason is that we are
emotionally or psychologically blocked.
One way to create inner harmony, balance, and wholeness is through a practice known
as inner work.
Inner work is the mental, emotional and spiritual practice of exploring your inner self.
It is about gaining self-knowledge, learning how to love yourself, working through your core
beliefs, and maturing (or individuating) as a human being.
For anyone soul-searching, inner work is a vital practice.
It can be all too easy to skim across the surface of life without going deeper. But whatever is
buried within you will eventually rise to the surface, sooner or later.
Inner work is about exploring and working with the different facets of our inner selves.
As Frankl pointed out, meaning is not some solid rigid thing, but it is fluid, changeable. We
need to focus on finding our meaning of life right now.
And the way I see it, there are three types of meaning in life:
1. The first is meaning in accomplishment or achievements, where we feel fulfillment in
completing tasks, goals, and dreams.
2. The second is meaning we find in values such as the loyalty we feel toward a noble
cause or the compassion a mother feels toward her child.
3. Finally, the third is meaning in suffering where we embrace a sort of attitude to justify
the circumstances, i.e.,
"this will make me a strong person by anguishing through all this."
Here I have defined three types of meaning:
Meaning in accomplishments and achievements
Meaning in values (e.g. love, friendship, community, loyalty, courage)
Meaning in suffering (an attitude/belief about why we're experiencing something)
Think about where you're currently at in life.
What type of meaning do you need the most? Reflect on the most painful feelings you
experience on a regular basis - this will be the way to find what type of meaning you need.
For instance,
If you suffer from feelings of boredom, fatigue or listlessness you may need to find the first
type of meaning (achievement/accomplishments).
If you suffer from feelings of general unhappiness, loneliness or a specific yearning for
something, you may need the second type of meaning (values).
And if you are going through an intensely painful period in life that is characterized by anxiety,
depression, grief, hopelessness, and other strong forms of emotions, you may need the third
type of meaning (attitude/belief about suffering).
Or hell, maybe you need all three types of meaning - that's okay too! (But perhaps a bit more
complex in the long run.)
But the thing is, your meaning is of your own creation. Your meaning springs from the depths
of your heart and soul. To hear it, you need to find ways of going inwards, of listening
carefully.
As a Quantum Sphere Healer and energy practitioner, I've observed that the one thing every
client of mine has in common is that they are not grounded into the Earth and fully occupying
their bodies.
When you are ungrounded, life becomes chaotic and confusing. To be out of body is to be
out of control.
How can you focus when you're not actually here? My clients suffering from anxiety,
nervousness, negative thoughts, paranoia, uncertainty, rage, insecurity, lethargy, exhaustion,
and full body illnesses all have one thing in common:
they are out of their bodies, and when you leave your body, you invite negative and heavy
energies in.
Moreover, clients holding trauma in their root chakra are by far the most ungrounded.
This is because our grounding cord is located at the tailbone, and our energy streams from
the crown chakra down through the root chakra before entering the grounding cord and
making its way down to the core of the Earth.
Clients with blocks in their root chakra lack the space to allow a healthy flow of energy to
connect them from their grounding cord to the planet and release their trauma into the Earth.
They go through life like a balloon floating around filled with toxic energies just waiting to pop!
Not only is this a dangerous way to live, its not actually living.
As children of the Earth, we are made to thrive and live happy and fulfilled lives here. We
incarnated into this planet to have a human experience, and the only way to do so is to
actually live in the human body you were given.
The first thing I do at the start of a Quantum Sphere Healing session is ground the client to
the center of the Earth and connect them to the unconditional love of Mother Earth.
Their heavy energy and toxins are dumped and recycled into the planet and a stream of
healing light is sent up through the grounding cord into the client's energetic body.
The client immediately feels a calming, loving sensation of safety and security. This is how it
truly feels to be present and in your body.
The benefits of being grounded include being in touch with your physical and emotional body
sensations, mental clarity, immunity from illness and disease, calmness and stillness,
patience, relaxation, focus, self-trust, feeling safe in your body, and an overall feeling of inner
peace.
More importantly, grounding is how you make sure that all the self-work and healing work you
do actually sticks.
According to Shaman and Quantum Practitioner Carla Fox,
"All of our energetic healings, positive shifts and spiritual insights are not permanently
imprinted into our cellular memory and energetic field unless they are grounded through us
and anchored firmly into the Earth.
Otherwise, they are just temporary and will gradually fade away."
It is one thing to absorb information intellectually, but to truly experience healing and
spirituality, your body and energy field need to relate those experiences to each other in order
to make the corresponding shift.
Yes, we are made of stars, but we are also made of the elements of the Earth and have a
deep connection with the soul of our Earth Mother. We are, after all, in her womb.
The best thing about grounding is that there really is no wrong way to do it. You may already
have your own way that works for you. If that's the case, congratulations, you're doing Earth
right!
For the rest of us, here are some tips:
1. Walking in Nature
Any activity that has your feet planted firmly to the ground will help eliminate energetic toxins.
Walking barefoot on the ground will give you direct contact and allow you to feel the Earth's
magnetism. Plus, everyone feels better when they're connected to nature.
Take a walk on the beach or go hiking, allow yourself to feel how freeing it is to explore our
beautiful planet and connect to her soul.
2. Grounding Exercise
This is a special exercise I practice twice a day and teach to my clients.
I also do it anytime I feel overwhelmed and need a "reset" button. Stand up and take a deep
breath. Close your eyes and imagine a golden ball of energy above your head. This is your
personal energy source.
Now imagine a stream of energy pouring down from the ball.
Open the top of your head like a funnel and let this golden, healing light enter your body and
slowly fill you. Go slow, taking deep breaths and allowing each breath to pull the stream down
and fill every part of you.
Let it stream down your tailbone and both of your feet, creating one solid stream of energy.
Now send this energy down to the core of the Earth, or the heart of the Earth. Anchor yourself
into Mother Earth's unconditional, loving soul. Use your imagination and picture this in a way
that's most helpful to you.
Sometimes I imagine dropping an anchor into the core of the Earth, or Mother Earth's hand
reaching up and holding my cord like a child holding on tight to a beloved balloon.
Now hold this anchor in for at least a minute and allow yourself to truly feel the sensation of
being grounded.
I always send up our Mother's unconditional loving light and feel it energize me
and connect me to her soul.
I thank her and send her gratitude and appreciation for being my home and for
taking care of me and the rest of humanity.
Don't forget to get visual! Play around, change the colors, and make it feel as
real to you as it actually is. The more you practice, the deeper the grounding
sensation will feel.
Overtime, you will be able to discern when you are grounded versus when you
are out of body.
Everyday we are blasted with varying frequencies and vibrations, both on and off our planet.
The greatest gift you can give your body is to live in it- to be present in it and create a safe
space for your soul to thrive. Be here now, it is as simple as going outside and feeling the
Earth beneath your feet.
Clear your mind and make yourself at home in your body, Mother Earth will do the rest.
The Cup
This is the cup, the cup assigned to you from the beginning.
I know, My child, how much of this dark drink is your own brew
of fault or passion ages long ago
in the deep years of yesterday, I know.
This is your road, a painful road and drear.
I made the stones that never give you rest;
I set your friend in pleasant ways and clear
and he, like you, shall come unto my breast,
but you , My child, must travel here.
This is your task, it has no joy or grace,
but it cannot be wrought by any other hand;
take it. I do not bid you understand.
I bid you close your eyes and see My face.
Meditation/Grounding
The first shape to emerge out of the genesis pattern. It governs many aspects of life
including the human heart with its seven muscles that form a torus. The torus is
literally around all life forms, all atoms, and all cosmic bodies such as planets, stars
and galaxies. It is the primary shape in existence.
Torus
Find a quiet place . . . free of distractions.
Sense what they are telling you as you begin your journey into
knowledge and awareness of all that they hold...
