This pertains to the CY 2021 OPC of the 4Ps NPMO. This has been vetted by the OPC
Secretariat and is for submission to the Undersecretary and the PDPB.

III.Recommendation/s

For the initial signature of the Assistant Secretary.

I further certify that all the documentary requirements have been subjected to the principle of completed staff work
and have been evaluated with diligence and found in order in accordance with prescribed policies, guidelines and
procedures.
