 1 – Who is Reach Media?

Reach Media is the company that owns the rights to the Arabic channels in North America. We
are constantly working to improve the channel lineups and we are always trying to bring more
channels. We work alongside DISH Network and many various cable companies in order to
provide entertainment to All our Arabic viewers. More so then just television, we have brought
over new Middle Eastern movies and have aired them in Movie Theaters all over the United
States. We provide advertising over the Arabic Channels for any Business. Reach Media is
always holding events in order to spread the word of what’s to come and to show our
subscribers a good time.

 3 – What is the relationship between
Reach Media and Dish Network?

Reach Media works alongside DISH Network to provide you with the highest quality of Arabic
Entertainment. Reach Media owns most of the Arabic channels but manages all of them in
North America. DISH Network is the company that provides the channels to our viewers. Their
satellites along with their receivers help bring your favorite channels into your home, But
without us those channels wouldn’t be available in the United States.
 4 - Can you give me an idea about your
packages?

There are three main packages that we provide through DISH Network.

 The Arabic Enhanced pack is made up of 9 channels. There are 7 channels that provide
programming and 2 radio channels. This package is priced at $29.99 a month and includes
ART America, ART Movies, Al Jazeera, MTV, ESC-1, Al Arabeya, and MBC and the 2 radio
channels ART Music and Al Zikr.**$10.00 International Basic Package required unless
subscribed to an American package.

 The Arabic Elite Pack is made up of 10 programming channels and 2 radio channels. The
package is priced at 34.99 a month and includes ART America, ART Movies, ESC-1, MTV, Nile
Drama, Dubai, Future TV, MBC, Al Arabeya & Al Jazeera and 2 radio channels ART Music and Al
Zikr.**$10.00 International Basic Package required unless subscribed to an American
package.

 The Arabic Elite Super Pack offers the most comprehensive Arabic-language programming in
America with 22 channels for the price of $39.99 a month. ART America, ART Movies, ART
Hekayat, Al Jazeera Prime Sport, Abu Dhabi, Al Jazeera, Dubai, Dubai Sports, ESC-1, Dream 2,
MTV, OTV, New TV, NBN, Euro News, Nile Drama, BBC Arabic, Future TV, AlArabeya, MBC and
 the 2 radio channels ART Music and Al Zikr .**$10.00 International Basic Package required
unless subscribed to an American package.

There is also an Arabic Music Pack that includes 3 Music Channels ART TARAB, M-Life and
DANDANA priced at $10 a month. *Customers must subscribe to an Arabic Elite Super, Arabic Elite
or Arabic Enhanced package in order to subscribe to the Music Pack
 The Arabic A’ la carte channels can be added to any package for $5 each a month and you
can chose from Noursat, Aghapy and Iqraa. *Customers must subscribe to an Arabic Elite
Super, Arabic Elite or Arabic Enhanced package in order to subscribe to any of the A la
Carte channels.

this package. What do I need to do?

 7- What Orbital location should the dish
be pointed to?

For All New Subscribers, The Satellite Dish should be pointed towards signal 118.7° in order
to receive the Arabic programming. Your installer should be able to acquire the proper signal
for you upon installation.

8- Why is the EPG different from the

actual programs showing?

Most of the channel Grids arrive either late or they change at the last minute.

DISH Network requires at least 3-5 business days to update the EPG in case of any last minute
changes.

The EPG mistakes are common on any TV Station, but a little bit more on the Arabic Channels.

We are working on fixing the EPG mistakes as much as we can.

 9- Can you tell me about your advertising
packages?
Reach Media INC. offers the best and most competitive price packages for advertising. Whether
small, medium or large business, there is definitely an advertising package for you. Please
contact the closest Reach Media regional office in New York, Michigan, and Montreal. We have
advertising specialists who will help you to the best suited media plan for your advertising
needs.

10- I am going back home for a long visit,

can I place a pause on my account?
Putting a freeze on an account is quite common and easy. You either call us @ 1-888-458-1278
or DISH Network’s Customer Service at 800-984-3388 and ask for your account to be paused
or frozen. The maximum freeze period allowed is 6 months then it will automatically return to
the regular monthly billing. If your subscription with DISH Network is older than 1 year, then
there is a $5 monthly fee for every month the account is frozen.

According to the Dish Network’s Policy your account must be older than 1 year in order to be
able to put it on pause
 11- Are these the only channels available to
me?

Reach Media Inc. is always working to enhance the packages and bring more quality content to
our viewers. This year alone we were able to add 4 new channels, in April we added ART Tarab
and in August we added OTV and MTV.

12- Where is DISH Network offered?

DISH Network service is offered all over the U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Those interested in other places in North America may call as well for other offers we have.
 13- How can I modify my account without
contacting Customer Service?

By creating an account on DISH Network’s website,

you can use a variety of self help tools to do the following;

 Pay your bill

 Add programming to your account

 View current & previous billing statements

 Sign up for debit check/credit card Auto Pay

 Update expiration date for debit check/credit card Auto Pay

 Subscribe to the DISH Entertainment Magazine or DISH Flicks

 View billing Terms and Conditions

 Update your billing address, phone number and/or alternate phone number

 Sign up for paperless billing

 14-If my receiver is not working, what should
I do?

If you are having trouble with the receiver or the service, we would be more than happy to help
you resolve the problem. You can either call us here at Reach Media @1-888-458-1278 or DISH
Network’s Customer Service at 800-984-3388 for help.

15- Do we need to pay extra for MTV and

OTV?

MTV is included in our 3 main packages at no extra charge. OTV is also available at no extra
charge for customers who have the Arabic Elite Super Pack.
