This micro-project proposal aims to develop a library book issue management system. The goals are to automate the library's book issuing process to save time and effort, and to apply object-oriented programming, inheritance, multithreading, and exception handling. The proposed methodology is to collect requirements, design a demo, research library management systems, and apply software testing knowledge to identify bugs and defects. An action plan outlines collecting information on testing methods, planning, and defect reporting from January to February 2020.

Micro–Project Proposal

Title of Micro-Project
“Library book issue Management System ”

1.0) Aim Benefits of the micro-project

 Management the complete management of the entire library through the software’s easy
interface
 If removes manual process of issuing books by easy and simplified way of issuing book
saving time and effort

2.0) Course Outcomes Addressed

 Develop programs using object oriented methodology in java.
 Apply concept of inheritance for code reusability.
 Develop programs using multithreading.
 Implement Exception Handling.
 Develop programs using graphics and applet.
3.0) Proposed Methodology
Firstly we collect information about the Micro-Project that name is “Library book issue
Management System”. Means what resources the micro project requires. Then
we make a demo design of that project for the developing purpose
We collected the information in our project in various website we visited we collect
the information using chrome browser in library information we get the information in
Wikipedia.
We apply our basic knowledge in printer and scanner information in project that knowledge
helps to project for report library management system. We apply basic knowledge of
software testing to check library management system occur bug’s and defect, error, fault in
system

The goal is to choose a test approach that optimizes the relation between cost of testing and
cost of possible defects as well as minimizing the risks. [4] We would suggest a preventive
approach where the test team is involved in the development process as early as
possible and escorts development process in all phases. Furthermore we would suggest a risk
based testing prioritization meaning we test

suggest a preventive approach where the test team is involved in the development
process as early as possible and escorts development process in all phases.
Furthermore we would suggest a risk based testing prioritization meaning we focus on
test objects which are more important and complex (more risky) instead of
unimportant aspects with low risk.
