PERFORMING AREA:

Export responsibilities.

1. I can prepare proforma invoice (P.I) for issuing Master/export L/C, LCAF, TT.
2. Check master/export L/C clauses with mode of payments, documents requirement and prepare
export shipping documents according to LC terms of condition.
3. Open back to back L/C, based on master L/C and share transmit copy to vendor.
4. Follow up every export order from beginning to end and prepare all shipping documents.
5. I do prepare invoice and packing list, Certificate of origin, UD, G.S.P, Bill of exchange, beneficiary
certificate, shipment advice check draft AWB and B/L , also have better knowledge on exporter
and importer H.S.CODE. for prepare all shipping documents
6. Once materials is ready for shipment, then check with forwarder for shipment schedule and contact
with clear and forwarding agent to handover the goods with necessary documents to their yards.
7. After shipment done, then prepare full set original documents make endorsement beneficiary bank
and send to importer LC issued bank. Afterward we share once non negotiation documents via mail
along with courier tracking number to importer address.
8. IF payment not come as prepayment mode, I do follow up shipper with bank to importer bank and
ask them to send and SWIFT for payment, if it takes delay.
9. When payment arrive in shipper lien account, then I do payment realization with bank.
10. Maintain file buyer wise and kept all recorded for every ordered from beginning (placed ordered
until received payment) to end.
11. Operated computer and manual for prepared all shipping documents and kept company all
exported data for future record
12. Abled to handle company all certificates and license renewal and newly submitted as, Trade
license, TIN,BIN,ERC,IRC,BGMEA/BKMEA,EPB, FIRE, INDUSTRIAL LICENSE.

Import responsibilities :

1. Negotiation with customer/ importer for price and prepare proforma invoice / indent
2. Submit the price offer along with P.I and indent for confirming order.
3. Prepare necessary documents for issue LC/CAD/TT and insurance cover note.
4. Once LC transmitted to shipper, then keep following with exporter till goods ready for shipment
5. If materials is ready for shipment, then we check with forwarder for shipment schedule as per
incoterms Or we ask shipper for flight/vessel schedule and all exporting shipping documents for
check and confirmation. Once document’s is fine, then we confirm them to process as original and
send original documents bank to bank.
6. Afterward if materials arrive in final destination/ discharge port , we share all shipping documents
to clearing agent and keep following up with them until goods arrive in customer/importer
warehouse
7. When goods are in importer/customer warehouse, then we ask them make payment as per
LC/CAD payment terms.
8. Maintaining file for each order beginning to end, communicate with customer and exporter,
weekly and meeting with them by teleconference for future forecast and system updating issue.

Interpersonal Skill :

I am very honest, simple, matching, smiley person and my heart is open for all to love. I do not have
violence with my colleague and seniors. I love to stay belongs my junior, senior, colleague after all in
every human.

Documentation Skill :

I can prepare all import and export documents within short formulation (Soft and practically), also
my documents presentation is very much constructive to consignee and beneficiary.

I am capable to communicate with consignee and beneficiary via email, over phone, conference via media
like, ZOOM, SKYPE, and Microsoft teleconference for cooperating with them. (Applicable language)
