What I Have Learned: Health Optimizing Physical Education Quarter 2 Module 7
QUARTER 2 MODULE 7
I have realized to increase my participation in active recreational activities particularly outdoors activity or exercise
like cycling for 3 times a day per week. I will follow my regular exercise program and I intend to keep it until I
achieve my goals. My plan for processing my participation includes the following strategies.
I will keep in mind that the reason why I participate actively in different recreational activities is to have a healthier
lifestyle and these are the reasons:
1. To keep healthy/ to help improve physical well-being.
2. To achieve good body figure.
3. To be strong.
