HEALTH OPTIMIZING PHYSICAL EDUCATION

QUARTER 2 MODULE 7

What I have learned

Complete the following statement.
1. About my own health choices and involvement in physical activity in this pandemic time.
- I discovered that we are not only use cellphones to Facebook messenger just scroll right in your news feed I
discovered that we also need to exercise to take care of our body especially and we need it now pandemic because
we need to get stronger and be healthy so as not to be infected immediately by the virus.
2. With the new discoveries about myself in facing the COVID-19 pandemic.
- I learned that much of the physical activity and exercise that young people engage in is self-organized and
unstructured. Physical Activity takes all forms and changes from day to day. Kids and adults move when where they
feel it. their interests may change on daily basis; however, these self-organized forms of physical activity are highly
important, and we should do our best to provide suitable conditions to encourage them.
3. To keep myself and my family members fit and healthy in this pandemic time of COVID-19.
- I will encourage my family and relatives to do a healthy physical activity to stay healthy and not infect with the
virus. It hardly needs repeating now beneficial activity is for person’s wellbeing. For young people, however, the
health benefits are probably not the primary incentive for exercise, and the positive effects of activity go much
deeper than that: supporting self-organized forms of physical activity is supporting young people’s autonomy and
creativity as well as their social skills and ultimately participation in society. To know what makes young people
move and how to encourage that, we need to be better turned in the way they perceived the world.
