INSTRUCTION: Answer all the questions below in this paper

1. Plot the points A(0,2) and B(3,8). Hence, find the slope, m of points A and B.

2. Given two coordinates P and Q are (0,3) and (h,6) respectively. If the distance between
coordinates P and Q is 5 unit, find:

a) the value of h where h is a positive number.

b) the equation of a straight line that passes through the points P and Q in form of
y = mx + c.
