Tables of Health Statistics by Country, WHO Region and Globally
These statistics have been compiled primarily from publications and databases produced and maintained by WHO, or Uni
(UN) groups of which WHO is a member. Some statistics have been derived from data produced and maintained by other
organizations and in each instance the source of the data series is provided.
The type of data used for each data series (comparable estimate or primary data) is also provided (1). Comparable estima
