Sketch dashboard & Story in Tableau consist of Three sheets given
below;
a) Sheet # 1: Add current Date and Time & Draw heat map chart.
1. Select Analysis > Create Calculated Field
2. Name the field Today, enter the following calculation, then click OK:
TODAY()
3. Drag Today onto Detail, then right-click YEAR(Today) and select More > Custom > Detail.
4. In the Custom dialog box, select Month/Day/Year.
5. If a title is not already displayed, select Worksheet > Show Title.
6. Right-click the title on the view and select Edit Title.
7. In the Edit Title dialog box, remove the current text.
8. Click Insert and choose MDY(Today), then click OK.
The title now shows the current month, day and year.
Heat map chart:
Step 1: Add Measure Profit:
Step 2: Add Measure to Rows Section
Step 3: Add Dimension Field.
Step 4: Select Density Mark
Step 5: Set Intensity and Opacity
Step 6: Set Size of Tableau Heat Map
Step 7: Create Final Tableau Heat Map
b) Sheet # 2: Use UPPER Function to write your name & Create Box and Whisker Plot.
1. Select Analysis > Create Calculated Field
2. Name the field NAME, enter the following calculation, then click OK:
UPPER(“ahmed nimair”)
3. select Worksheet > Show Title.
4. Right-click the title on the view and select Edit Title.
5. In the Edit Title dialog box, remove the current text.
6. Click Insert and choose NAME, then click OK.
The title now shows the Upper function is done.
Create Box and Whisker Plot.
1. Connect to the data set data source.
2. Drag the NAME,COUNTRY,RATING dimension to Columns.
3. Drag the CNT measure to Rows.
5. Drag the DIRECTOR dimension to FILTERS.
6. Click Show Me in the toolbar, then select the box-and-whisker plot chart type.
7. To disaggregate data, select Analysis > Aggregate Measures.
c) Sheet # 3: Geographic Information.

STEPS:
1. Connect to the data set data source.
2.Drag the AVG(MOVIES LN) dimension to Columns.
3.Drag the AVG(DIRECTOR LT) measure to Rows.
5.Drag the CNT , AVG(MOVIES LN) , AVG(DIRECTOR LT) dimension to MEASURE VALUES.

Perform ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) in Tableau using Tableau Data Prep
or another tool?
