Title of The Project:

Cosmetic Shop Management System

1.0 Brief Introduction:

The Cosmetic Shop Management System is a complete solution for managing a
shop, in other words, an enhanced tool that assist in organizing the day-to-day activities of a
shop. This is the web based shopping system for an existing shop. There is the need of an
application for efficient management and handling customer orders. This Cosmetic Shop
Management System keeps every record which is required for staff, admin, stock, and
customer of that shop and by reducing paperwork. If shop providing an online portal where
their customers can enjoy easy shopping anywhere.
This system will allow to manage all the record of their customer. This project is
an attempt to provide the advantages of cosmetic shopping to customers of a real shop. In
order to build such an application complete web support need to be provided. It tracks all
the details about the sales, discount and products. The transactions are executed in the off-
line mode.

2.0 Aim of Micro-project:

The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the
manual work for managing the stock, payments, inventory, sales.

3.0 Intended Course outcomes:

 Develop program using control statement.
 Performs operation based on arrays and graphics.
 Develop program b applying various object oriented concepts.
 Use from controls wit validation to collect user's input.
 Perform database operation in PHP.

4.0 Literature Review:

The title of the micro project is Cosmetic Shop Management System. The particular
project deals with the problems which occur when carried manually. Today the world’s most
forward looking cosmetic agency are trying to provide more reliable and accurate servicing their
field, offering services to the customers and employees with the available choices in there
interest it may be leading many different cosmetic shops.

The Cosmetic Shop Management System is main purpose of the project is to understand
the basic concept of PHP. This is the basic level Cosmetic Shop Management System project in
PHP for bigger the main purpose of the project is to understand the concept of method, syntax,
function.

5.0 Proposed Methodology:

The title our project Cosmetic Shop Management System. First of all, our team
members will collect information related to our project. We will decide different modules
included in our project. We will discuss on our project topic with group member to
implement form and its elements. By using syntax, we can declare array and the create
object. While making project proposal, we will include the points such as introduction of
project, its aim, literature review, methodology, action plan and source which will use in
project. We will make project by using language such as PHP.

We will use PHP concepts such as function, array, object, string. There are
various links such as home, about and bill from which a visitor or customer can visit this
links to get information about sell and products. We will also use different tabs for user
convenience. Thus the customer will get the services of online shopping and home
delivery from his favorite cosmetic shop.

We will include different modules such as:-

Here the user enters the reqistered login id and correct password. If
the the username and password is valid, then only the next page is displayed, otherwise
error msg should be shown.

2. Main Page:-

There are various tabs from which we can choose the option such as
Home, About, Contact and Bill. The user can select the option to search information
about the products.

3.Home Page:-

Home page displays the information of the product. The details of

cosmetic products and latest product are the options within the this page. From this user
can choose the option to search for details and buy the product.

4. Contact And About :-

Contact details are given in this module. The detailed information of

the owner is given.

5. Billing :-

Here the customer can enter the details of the product required and his or her
personal information. As per user requirement the bill is done.
