 Bank of Baroda (BoB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Army under which the bank
would offer customised services along with a host of facilities to account holders.
 National Health Authority signed a Statement of Intent with Google to collaborate and strengthen the implementation
of Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana ( PMJAY). Google will support NHA in improving digital
presence of PMJAY.
 Government e-Marketplace signed an MoU with Union Bank of India. UBI will be able to offer an array of services
including transfer of funds through GeM Pool Accounts, advising of Performance Bank Guarantees and Earnest Money
Deposit to the registered users on the GeM portal.
 IIT Madras will collaborate with ExxonMobil on Research in Energy and Biofuels. The 5-year joint-research agreement
focuses on biofuels, data analytics, gas conversion and transport, and is intended towards finding low-emission
solutions.

members of its Best Price Modern Wholesale “B2B Cash & Carry” stores, offering “free credit up to 50
days.
 The National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) of India and Canada Pension Plan
Investment Board (CPPIB) have agreed for CPPIB to invest up to $600 million through the NIIF
Master Fund.
 The Online trucking platform BlackBuck has partnered with private lenders IDFC Bank and Yes Bank
to provide FASTags to truck owners free of cost.
 The ties between India and Bangladesh transcend the strategic partnership. The multidimensional

to enable school teachers to adopt technology in classrooms by using ICT tools which are developed

 The Ministry of Shipping (MoS) has announced that Mongla and Chattogram (Both in Bangladesh)

have been declared as Ports of Call under “Coastal Shipping Agreement” between India &
Bangladesh. The Port of Mongla is declared as Port of Call under PIWT&T (Protocol on Inland Water
Transit and Trade) and Chattogram port is not part of PIWT&T.
 Maldives government has signed a contract with a joint venture of Indian companies which aims to

prepare project report and the development of Addu, which is the 2nd biggest city in the island nation.
The project will be financed by EXIM bank of India through line of credit of USD 800 million.
 The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the National Bank for Agriculture and

Rural Development (NABARD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote

sustainable agriculture and climate-resilient farming systems.
 State Bank of India (SBI) has signed a loan agreement worth of $277 million (about Rs 1,958 crore)

 Federal Bank has tied up with online real estate platform Magicbricks for listing and e-auctioning of

immovable properties repossessed by it in recovery proceedings.

 Kotak Mahindra Bank has tied up with Pine Labs to enable debit card facility for their debit

cardholders across point-of-sale terminals by Pine Labs. Banks customers can avail EMI facility with a
minimum purchase of Rs 8,000 and repay over 3 months to 12 months.

 Common Service Centres (CSC) e-Governance Services India has signed an MoU with Paytm Payments Bank Ltd for
sale of FASTags.
 Digital lending startup, RevFin has tied up with PNB MetLife India Insurance Company to offer protection to the
RevFin’s customers by bundling life insurance cover on their loans which covers loans up to Rs 3 lakh for a period of 3
years.
 India to sign a MoU for the procurement of over 7.5 lakh AK-203 assault rifles with Russia. The rifles will be
manufactured by the Indo-Russian Rifles Private Limited at Korwa in Uttar Pradesh.

 The Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra has signed a USD 210 million loan agreement with the
World Bank for Maharashtra Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project. The loan will be funded by the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), having a 6-year grace period with a maturity period of
13.5 years.
 Indian Oil has signed an MoU with Ghana’s National Petroleum Authority to provide its technical expertise and
