strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
● Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies,
practices, and user projects.
● Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user
departments and data center.
● Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies
implemented.
● Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures
and information security and control structures.
● Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by
evaluating organization outcomes.
● Identifies problems.
● Evaluates trends.
● Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks,
and participating in professional societies.

● Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them
according to established goals
● Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of
strategies set by upper management
● Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their
technology needs
● Analyze efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
● Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality
and efficiency
● Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to
upper management
● Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer technicians and other
professionals to provide guidance
● Control budget and report on expenditure
● Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

CURRENT PROJECT:
- INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Currently, finishing the inventory management system application. This is to centralized


all inventory of Acadsoc in one central database. This is to ensure all inventory assets
of the company are accounted for. Also with Inventory System, we can now track all
assets which are still useful or need replacement or disposal. This can also help our
accounting department in tracking the value of our assets.
