Duties & Responsibilities

§ Ensure EHSMS comply in accordance of Authorities, Client and Company.
§ Maintaining HSE documents updated, for internal/external audit at any time.
§ Identifying the HSE training requirements for the company staff.
§ Liaise with Client, Consultants and Regulatory bodies HSE team regarding
HSE activities and update the HSE management system.
§ Preparing HSE Documents for projects like Procedures, HSE Plan, Training
Matrix, Risk Assessments by reviewing MS.
§ Reporting to the Managers regarding any non-compliance activity ongoing in
the project to take corrective actions.
§ Attend Client HSE Meetings and put into practice HSE Compliance.
§ Site inspection and issuing of HSE reports to concerned.
§ Preparing reports for various members of management on the current safety
experiences of the company and justifying safety measures.
§ Conducting joint Safety Inspection with Main Contractor & Consultant.
§ Preparation of weekly/monthly safety performance statistics reports.
§ Induction and identifying training to new staff as per designation.
§ Conducting HSE meetings and tool box talk meetings company staff.
§ Inspection of areas to locate unsafe conditions or practices.
§ Investigating accidents/incidents and seeing that corrective action is taken to
avoid reoccurrences and maintain their records.
§ Ensuring proper display of emergency contacts and HSE signage’s.
§ Ensuring Safety and Fire Fighting equipment’s are inspected.
