The specif haturo ofthe fault Getalled in the ALARM / EVENT LOG menu on the STATUS screen. TIOWN PAD" A pad to step downwards through the menu items or to decrease numerical values of parameters (eubject to security clearance), ‘ALARM RESET - By pressing his pad the audible alarm Is eset. Specic faults are reset by pressing the ALARM RESET pad when in the ALARM / EVENT LOG menu on the STATUS screen. EFT PADT - A pad to move cursor to the left on rumerical paremeters (subject fo security clearance} [ESC Press ths pad to exit from any mena, TIGHT PAD" - A pad to move cursor to the right on rumerical parameters (subject to secunty dearance) ‘COMMIT - Use ths pad to enter any menu or amendet ‘settings (subject to secunty clearance). 'BUNEABLE PAD" -A pad to move oursor into the ‘unnoable screen, [UP PADT- A pad to step upwards through the menu items or to increase numerical values of parameters (cubject to security clearance). TBTATUS PAD" -A pad fo move cursor ino the status GP 6000 control software only buttons ‘SPEED BIAS SWITCH - A svitch to manually conrot the generator speed bias. VOLTS BIAS SWITCH - A switch to manually control ‘the generator voltage bias. EMERGENCY STOP PUSHBUTTON - This switch ‘al immediately shut down the set and wll init Starting unt released. This package has been spedically designed for {co wah one or more generating cats equipped wit 6000 ‘Series Conttol Panos. The PC-Tools packago is availabe in {wo main forms - the monitoring version and the contol veslon, which ar subdivided ino 6 vaiants in ta. These diskettes contain self installing software required for instalation ofthe Servink and GP £6000 onto a computer hard rive operating within 832 bit environment such as Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0. Note: Ifyou are unfamiliar with Windows 95, Windows NT 4.0, oF ‘mouse operation, you should consult the manufacturer) Instructions before proceeding. ‘To install the sofware on your computer hard div, tun on your computer and wait untl the Windows desktop is displayed, Insert ciskette 1 of 4 into the 3.5° floppy ckve of your computer and follow the instructions below. 4. Goto the taskbar located atthe very bottom of the desktop ‘screen, and click once on the Windows Stet button. 2. Amenu of start options wil pop up ven the start toolbar button is icked on, Select the option labelled Run by ‘licking on it once with your let mouse button. ‘3. Adistogue box wil pop up. and wil ispiay a prompt window asking for the program you wish to run.
