Hello guys, I hope you are having a great weekend and as a part of service department we are been
tasked to the post-event EMAIL SENDING.
We are tasked to sending the certificates for the PARTICIPANTS of the Artikulo event.
Here are the documents and files contents for EMAIL SENDING.

(I already assigned each and every one para mabilis nating ma-send lahat ng certificates, you can see the
assigned recipients in your name in this spreadsheet document)

2. Once you already access the google links you can start sending the certificates. For sending the
certificates here are what we will do:
First, using your BENILDE email account compose a new message and copy paste the EMAIL BODY for
Certificate of participation and this is what you will be placing in as the EMAIL BODY when writing it.
- Change the NAME to who you'll be sending it to
- Change the Salutations into your name, contact, number, and email account.
- Change your position as "Service Department Associate"
Second, ATTACHED the Certificate PNG file in the email. Make sure that the same yung Certificate and
the recipient’s name.

-After sending the certificate DON’T forget to put a color the Status GREEN in the google spreadsheet
Certificate for Participation and also pagka-tapos natin ma-send yung Certificate PNG file na nasa google
drive put it in the folder “MOVE IT ONCE SENT”.
- Time sending is between 6:30 – 9:30 pm tonight
