water.‌‌However,‌‌micronutrients‌‌(vitamins‌‌and‌‌minerals)‌‌are‌‌also‌‌essential‌‌for‌‌our‌‌survival,‌‌even‌‌  
though‌‌we‌‌do‌‌need‌‌them‌‌in‌‌smaller‌‌quantities.‌  ‌
