 Order Of Contents in the project report prepared in word document:
1. Cover Page: Name of the topic, student name, roll number etc. the format will be provided.
2. Certificate: Format will be provided.
3. Synopsis: Contains the whole idea of the topic in brief.
4. Acknowledgement: Thank all those who have helped in carrying out the seminar in what
order and express your appreciation in a concise manner.
5. Table of Contents: The heading, sub heading with page number of the topic.
6. INRODUCTION: Overview, Aim & Scope. (Page number for the report starts from here)
7. LITERATURE SURVEY: History, Existing System, Proposed System.
8. FEASIBILITY STUDY: Overview, Operational Feasibility, Technical Feasibility,
Behaviour Feasibility
9. SYSTEM ANALYSIS: System configuration, Language Description, Software
Requirements and specification
10. SYSTEM DESIGN: Introduction, Data Flow Diagrams, Flowchart.
11. IMPLEMENTATION: Introduction, Pseudocode, Algorithm.
12. SYSTEM TESTING: Test Case design, Unit Testing , Integration Testing
13. SNAPSHOTS
14. CONCLUSION
15. BIBLIOGRAPHY

 Reference/Bibliography section is very important where student must provide the


complete link of the e- resource taken from the internet. https://www.google.com/ is not
a reference and will not be accepted.

Presentation must be prepared in power point presentation that must have minimum have 15
slides maximum of 25 slides and each slide must not have more than 5-7 points not paragraph,
figures, flowchart must be included.
 Contents of Presentation:
1. Introductory/Title Slide: This will contain name of topic, student name, roll number etc.
2. Abstract: Contains the whole idea of the project in a concise form.
3. Index: The complete list of topics from the project to be covered.
4. Introduction: Literature survey, feasibility study, system analysis and design of the project.
5. Implementation with Snapshots: Explanation of the project with the implementation and snapshots.
6. Testing Strategies: Explanation of the testing strategies implemented in the project.
7. Conclusion: Conclusions drawn based on student’s understanding of the project.
8. Future Scope: Further development that can be done in the project.
9. References: As discussed above.
