1 SCOPE OF SUPPLY • To perform cleaning by using decontamination technique such as streaming, circulation or both onto following: - - All system associated piping and WHCP tubing - Vessel cleaning and scoop solid waste, hard scale/deposit internally. - Clean/flush deck drip pan and surrounding area. - Draining of engine oil, radiator, coolant, container, storage tank into drum and flush internally all the components. - Removal of any drums, paint, hazardous substances, and waste from the platform. • To supply competent manpower and equipment for offshore chemical cleaning & flushing works (pumps & its accessories, empty barrel, IBC tank and others) • To supply suitable chemical come with CSDS for the offshore flushing work complete with specific procedure. • To supply competent manpower and equipment for ""in-situ"" water sampling. • To engage authorized personnel for water sampling verification works and hydrocarbon free cert endorsement (i.e. SGS or order authorized third party) • To supply competent manpower and equipment for ""in-situ"" water treatment (optional) • Schedule waste disposal (optional) • Refer to P&ID Drawing provided for demarcation • All blinding/spading and removal of associated piping will be by Damar Energy Sdn Bhd (DESB)
2 ORDER OF PRECEDENCE • If any conflict is found to exist between supplied documents and any code or standard, then the following order or precedence shall apply.
1. PETRONAS Technical Standards (PTS)
2. PETRONAS Manuals and Standards or equivalent (i.e. CSP) 3. International Codes and Standards 4. BIDDERs recommendation and best practices
• In case of conflict between the requirements of this specification, its attachment, the referenced specifications and codes and standard, BIDDERs shall communicate with DESB to seek for resolution and approval in writing by PCSB.
