1 Purpose of this document
This document acts as a guideline for integrating Baseband using semi auto integration
procedure.

3 Scope of MOP
In this document the procedure describe is only limited for Baseband on site procedure.
For other steps required such as transport readiness or remote procedure is considered out
of scope or will be describe on other document.
5 Preparation
Before doing semi auto integration procedure, field engineer needs to do the following:
• Connect a standard Ethernet cable from the local terminal to the LMT port of the
Baseband
• Go to the Start (Windows) Button, and select Search Programs and Files, and type
cmd
• Under Programs, cmd.exe is listed, right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• When User Access Control asks: “Do you want to allow the following program to
make changes to this computer?”
select Yes
7 On Site Integration
Only perform the procedure describe in this section if end to end ping tests are OK.
• Open internet browser and connect to the Baseband Emergency Access window.
Go to address: https://169.254.2.2/ea.html
• Check node Status make sure “node has not been up”
• If Node status shows "Node is working" then click on "Board restore" to clear all
existing data from the Baseband.
Use ENM username and password with field technician role from TAC
• Click "Browse" to open up the windows file explorer window, select file site
installation.xml for your specific site. The file will be provided from TAC (see
Preparation section)

with next step:
Note: The progress bar at the bottom of the web page should go all the way to “100%
Ready for Service” as shown in screenshot above.
Note: Save the log for reference in case needed in the future.
8 Troubleshooting
If there’s an error during auto integration procedure, check the Autointegration Log with
error message and send the information to TAC. The error message is needed for analysis
and troubleshooting procedure or escalation.
