 Machine types & their problems:

Both GE & Drager machines are available, aiming to be updated with tow new devices have a higher
levels of technology and safety

 Situation analysis:

This is the first time to present the flow family at Abu-rish Mounira Hospital, head of anaesthesia
department had a previous sessions with eng.heba and sales team to present flow technology and
differences between flow-c and flow-I to help the hospital in making the best buying decision
according to their needs and abilities.
Anesthesia department at the hospital is interested in evaluating flow-c performance with a
demonstration in their OR, we have a high opportunity to get the deal for 2 devices as their loyalty in
the hospital is going for the trusted brand with higher and safer technology in pediatric surgeries

 Objective:

Doing some days of clinical trials to really digest the information said before
And to make a session for biomedical engineering department CASBEC to train them on
using the control panel as they asked for.
