Installing Android Studio

The following steps show you how to install Android Studio on your system:

1- Open the following link to download Android Studio:

2- Click the “Download Android Studio” button.

3- In the next step, select “I have read and agree with the above terms and conditions”, then click “DOWNLOAD
ANDROID STUDIO FOR WINDOWS” or “DOWNLOAD ANDROID STUDIO FOR MAC” depending on your
operating system.
Accept the terms and conditions, and then click on “Download Android Studio for Windows” button. This will
start the download of an executable file called android- studio-bundle-xxx.xxxxxxx.exe, where xxx.xxxxxxx refers
to the build number.

4- You will see the download bar above your task bar as illustrated below:

5- When download is complete, click on android- studio-bundle icon on the previous download bar.

6- The installation wizard will start automatically. Click Run and you will get the following wizard:

7- In the “Welcome to Android Studio Setup” dialog box, click Next.

8- Select the components you have to install and click Next.

9- Click “I Agree” to go to the next step.

10- Click “Install” to start the installation process.

12- Select the Standard installation type, and then click Next.
