All the employees are eligible for House Rent Allowance, Employees
Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension and Medical Treatment as per rules of
the NLCIL and statutory provisions.

The Executives / Non-unionised Supervisors are eligible for the payment of


“Performance Related Pay (PRP)” based on the guidelines issued by DPE
and the Workmen/Non Executives are eligible for the payment of “Unified
Incentive Scheme (UIS)” which are linked to the company’s Profit,
Company’s performance, Team / Unit Performance and Individual
Performance for the corresponding financial year and subject to fulfillment
of conditions prescribed.
