My Performance Tasks

Performance Task 1 Complete the structured frame

I need to undergo teaching internship because it is an essential element for a

student’s life career in today’s society. The skills and opportunities attained after
internship will definitely outweigh. Internship opens more connection that will
surely last for a lifetime. Our days during internship will surely help us interns
to understand our role and to prepare us on what to expect in the field of
education. By the help of our cooperating teachers, we interns, will become more
knowledgeable and skillful on teachers activities. This training will serve as a
way where we can apply the learnings we gained from the classroom to real
world experiences and it will also serve as a tool for our success on becoming a
professional teacher.

Performance Task 2 Among the 4 phases of internship. Which seems difficult? Why?

Observing and building relationship is the phase that I seem difficult

because in order to build meaningful positive relationship with the people around you,
it is essential to gain a thorough understanding of their, preferences, interest, background and culture.
Not everyone find it easy to make new friends or socially connected with the people having different views and status
in life. What you know where people come from and how they came to be the people they are is critical in
determining what to say and do. On my case, meeting others for the first time makes me uncomfortable knowing
that maybe he/she may get offended on me. My mind works like a compass directing me to find the right words
and do the right actions to keep relationship move forward efficiently. Being confident in building relationship with
others takes a long time. We need to have time and effort in doing it. We don’t have to ask everything that comes
to your mind. People naturally reveal information about themselves over time.

Performance Task 3
Research on following legal documents that apply to the
teaching profession. Write your insights on the spaces provided.
