The main function of the department library is to satisfy its readers by providing needed
information and with giving access to resources for longer hours. The library management
system is available in the department to monitor the operations of maintaining book records to
issue a book. In addition, it allows streamlined management of fine details of books such as
author name, edition, publisher and number of books available. So, it is easier to search for
books and find the right materials for students. The department library has a total of 1283
volumes with a wide range of domain related to Electronics and Communication Engineering,
covering a total of 810 titles for the Under Graduate
VLSI LAB:
VLSI is a chip with millions of transistors is connected that works perfectly to realize and
meet the real time high speed communication between devices. The VLSI Design Laboratory
was established with the goal of conducting research and establishing links between companies
in the ever-growing field of very Large Scale Integration (VLSI). The lab has a collection of
design, testing tools including hardware kits and EDA tools with advanced libraries.
This lab offers basic and advanced facilities for undergraduate and graduate coursework,
B.E and M.E project work, and research in the areas of device modelling, simulation, and various
aspects of advanced VLSI design. The lab is equipped with the following tools and software’s to
meet the industry standard
