    3. The registration fee is refundable, 100% for cancellations only because of visa rejection
    from the embassy. The reasons except visa rejection is not responsible for problems
    beyond our control and can’t be refunded such as weather conditions, campus
    conditions, travel difficulties, health issues, etc.
