Business Communication:

Business communication is the sharing and transferring of information between the people in
order to promote the organization goals, aim, activities. This Communication could take place
through writing, speaking, and using by other some mediums.

Communication channels:
A communication channel mean that method of communication
within the organization through which a message is sent to it’s intended receiver. Those
Communication channels are formal , informal and unofficial. In organization the message is
send to it’s intended receiver through many communication channels. The basic channels are
written communication channel, oral communication channel, mobile communication channel,
media communication channel, online communication channel, electronic communication
channel, face to face communication channel and conference room communication.

Communication channels in VIACK organization:


VIACK corporation was founded in 1999 and has offices located
in Washington, D.C , Arizona and Washington State. In VIACK organization they are use
mobile communication channel, online communication channel, electronic communication
channel and face to face communication channel. VIACK credits the company culture to their

Online communication channel:

out. The face to face communication channel is very high is involved in company achievement
and progress. It’s the best way to do it is to look people in the eyes and tell them exactly what
they need. So that is why when the VIACK company CEO make a big dissuasion he go to the
employees for face to face communication.

The main purpose of the communication in every organization is to take your company
position and promote the company goals and achievement and progress.

According to me most effective channel;


According to me the most effective channel is face to face
communication channel. This Communication channel is one of the best and overcome. Because
through this Communication channel wo knows the physical presence, the tone of the speaker
voice and facial expressions. It can help us to convey our messages easily to the receiver.
Through this we knows that the receiver can understand our message or not. If not we again try
to develop the understanding in him. We convey our complete message, provide all information.
In face to face communication channel when a leader needs to inspire the people or move them
to action the best way to do it is to look people in the eye and tell them exactly what they need to
know. In face to face communication channel people are better understand of your words
through your voice tone, emotions and body language. In addition to technology. We can
communicate with people through different apps like video call, zoom meeting etc. at a different
places. It is most use communication channel.

First of all the physical barrier. VIACK company use the online collaboration tools
which they are marketing. Due this the physical barrier create. Because in online communication
there are great distance between the sender and receiver. Physical Barrier is the result of our
around over. So due to great distance the receiver could not understand the message in better
way.

Weather barrier:
Some time the weather of different place us not same. Weather barrier is such a big
barrier in online communication. Foul weather is creat a great difficulties on internet connection.
Due to bad connection the receiver can’t understand clearly.

Language barrier:
We can find some words having different meaning. Online communication is one of
the written way communication. Meaning sent by the sender can be quite different from the
meaning under stood by the receiver. It is a language barrier. Some time when message is send
the receiver on that time the receiver is not found in that way the sender is not satisfied on his
message completeness. If the information is not provide in time it is the wrong time barrier.

Inattention and poor retention:
