     Overdue Charges beyond payment terms shall accrue late interest at the rate of 2% of the
    outstanding balance per month.

    INSTALLATION & DELIVERY


     3-5 working days upon sending P.O. / Signed Conforme /Down payment.
     Schedule may be adjusted or extended depending on the availability of materials and
    supplies as well as natural calamities and disasters. The client will be informed ahead of time
    should there be such cases.
    PERMITS & LIMITATIONS
     Securing of permits such as electrical, construction, building and work permits required by
    the building admin shall be the client's responsibility.
     Readily available wire for tapping of power supply is required prior to installation.
     Advertex Signs, Inc. will not be held liable for any violations not discussed hereafter

    CANCELLATION
     Orders may be cancelled only with prior approval from Advertex Signs, Inc.
     Advertex Signs, Inc. reserves the right to charge up to the full amount
    of the original PO/approved quotation for any unapproved cancellations.

    WARRANTY (Signage/Fabrication)
     3 MONTHS WARRANTY on lightings, design damages, fabrication and materials.
     Warranty does not cover transportation expenses for orders 20 km. outside Metro Manila
     Warranty is void for misuse or lack of proper maintenance, force majeure installed by 3rd-
    party improperly and any significant alterations to the product
     Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including without limitation rust or stains,
    color fading, peeling.
     Warranty does not cover all risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to person and
    property and to any third parties and their property arising out of the use, misuse or inability
    to use the product not caused directly by the negligence of Advertex Signs, Inc.
