JOB ANALYSIS:

 Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and

size of type

 Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.

 Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout

principles and esthetic design concepts.

 Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites

 Use computer software to generate new images.

JOB’S MAIN DUTIES

 Study design briefs and determine requirements.

 Schedule projects and define budget constraints.

 Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

 Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

 Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.

First of I use Squarespace. Its organized as oldest to newest stuff. I’m a flexible designer with

a broad range of abilities, I can adapt quickly and create work that appeals to you and your

clients/customers

What would you do if you participate in a big project and you lost it at the moment of

According to me this is all my fault to misplace my important project. As being a responsible

person, I should have a copy or two of my projects at that time and I’ll be ready with my

backup because bad staff happens with everyone.

If you’re leading a team and there’s this person who’s not working or he’s not participating

enough. How do you deal with him? 4/5

Firstly, don’t jump to conclusions. Maybe he’s dealing with the stressful situation at home.

Then starting to dialogue, approaching him and trying to talk to him in a friendly way. Maybe

he did not understand the task as well as others. Clarify his role and give him a little more

attention than others.

How would you handle negative client feedback on one of your designs? 5/5

No one is perfect. We make mistakes and we learn from them. if someone giving me a

negative feedback, I’ll analysis it and understand the concern, identify the pros and cons and

learn from the feedback.

Describe a situation where you had to meet a tight deadline and how did you deal with it? 5/5

I'm very accustomed to working under tight deadlines. Basically, all the projects that I work

on have tight deadlines. Me and my colleagues do everything to meet the requirements of our

clients and make sure that we finish our projects on time successfully.
