I know that it could be daunting when you first look at your


template. But worry not! I've got you covered. Because here's the
thing. Instead of you trying to figure it out on your own, you have all
of my years of experience (and mistakes!) to learn from along the
way. Planning your workbook will be so effortless that you can
literally sit down with a cup of tea and nibble on a chocolate cookie
and still get it done.

On the next few pages I'll guide you through a few short questions
that will help you create your workbook in half the time. So before
we dive in, I want you to close your eyes for a moment and take a
deep breath. Remember that you are here for a reason. And the
people who you are meant to work with? They're waiting for you to
show up.

Even when it feels scary or difficult at times. The work you do is


powerful, purposeful and needed in this world. Especially when so
many people are in pain. This workbook is only just a small part of
what you do, but has the ability to completely transform many lives.

- ADDING YOUR OWN BRAND COLOURS -

COLOURS, MAKE IT COME TO LIFE

This is going to be the simplest step in the entire process. Seriously. I


can't even hold back my excitement when I tell you this. Because,
when I made my first workbook for a client, I spent HOURS trying to
figure out how to add my brand colours to each and every page.

And then you know what happened next? If I decided to change the
colour, I would have to spend a few more days changing it again.

It was exhausting, to say the least. But it was worth it. Because I
wanted my clients to feel cared for. Not like I just through a few
words down onto a word doc and pressed send.

I wanted them to be able to print their workbook and feel loved,


appreciated and taken care of.

Because I know that they are always taking care of everyone else in
their life. The time that they spend with me and using my workbook?
That's precious time, just for them.

To learn. To explore. To heal. To transform.

And the colour on the pages? That's what makes it come to life.

Sometimes, words just aren't enough. Which is why I love to add


photos to everything that I create. Since this template is designed to
be printed, there aren't hundreds of photos. But there are just
enough images to make your workbook beautiful.

Using your own brand photos to your workbook instantly adds


credibility and brand loyalty. Because your clients will be seeing you
and your branding, every single time they use it. Most people will
skip this step. But you know what? Those of you who decide to use
your own brand and photos will stand out from the crowd.

You don't even need to hire a professional photographer at first.


Although professional photos are best. Even if you can find some of
your best instagram photos or profile images (the one's that
everyone love!) and include them on the pages - it makes a huge
difference.

When deciding which photos to include in your workbook,


remember to keep them simple and on brand. Decide how you
want your client to "feel" when they use it and then choose photos
that evoke that emotion.

If you're a health coach, choose photos that show you and your
healthy lifestyle. Instead of leaving the pages blank, make your
workbook unique to you and your programs. So that it's not only
transformative, but helps them fall in love with you at the same time.

DON'T HAVE YOUR OWN IMAGES?

Neither did I! Especially when I was just starting my business. In fact,


I didn't even know where to find them or what to look for.

It was so hard for me to create workbooks for my clients in the first


place. But finding the perfect photos to use? That just added to my
stress. And that is exactly what I didn't need in my already hectic life.

At first, I did what most people do. I thought that I could just search
on Google images, and use any photo that I found.

But I quickly discovered, that is actually NOT a good way to do


things. Because most of those photos are actually illegal to use.

Especially for business!

And if I had just used the photos I found anywhere online? I could be
sued or have to pay penalties for my mistake.

There had to be a better way. And there was. Luckily, Canva provides
a huge library of photos you can use. Most are free. Some photos you
pay a small fee to use.

And if you can't find them there? You can use Royalty Free websites
like pexels.com, unsplash.com or pixabay.com instead. They provide
beautiful, high quality photos you can use on your website, social
media and even in your workbook. 100% for free!

The reason you started in the first place is going to get you to the
finish line. Even when you feel like quitting.

So think of all the people who you're going to be able to help, once
you've finally shared your workbook with them.

Got it? Good. Now go back and find your answers to the questions I
asked in step one. This is going to be your outline for where to put
your questions and in what order.

Start with you title page and introduction. What is this workbook
going to be called? And what do you want your client to know about
it?

Once you've finished these two main pages, you can edit it, one
section at a time. Starting with the title, subtitle, intro and then each
question page.

Your clients will be so grateful that you took the time to create a
workbook that they can easily print and fill out.

Because instead of spending all their time trying to figure out the
