The following sanitary items of first class quality in approved color. Complete work
including all components complete with all supply, drainage, vent pipes, isolating valve
and all accessories, chromium plated, taps - mixers for cold and hot water - gate valves
produced by "Ideal Standard" or similar, anti-fungus sealant, …etc.
The Works shall include installing crewed and socked poly propylene pipes of adequate
diameter sizes- to the water source- (Hot & cold). To ensure a strong and continuous
water pressure for all pipes, the level of the feeding pipes shall be above the ceramic tiles
level whereas down pipes shall run downwards to the intake of each sanitary fixture
(independent pipe for each fixture). Complete work including elbows, bends, tees,
hangers and all necessary connections, sufficient stopcock valve of adequate diameter,
