Passing Drill #1: Players stand in a circle with one person in the
middle. That person is going around the circle and passing to each player.
Make sure to communicate with the other players and call the ball.

Passing Drill #2: 2 players lay face down near the baseline and the
coach slaps the ball and throws it high onto the court. The players then get
up and have to find the ball and pass it to target.

Muscles: Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads, and Calf Muscles. These muscles

are used when jumping, diving, and running (moving yourself in any
direction). Doing blocking reps, suicides, and serve receive drills are all examples of
strengthening those muscles.

Injury #1: Sprained Ankle

Injury #2: Shoulder Strain
Players can practice the correct form of their skills to prevent doing something wrong and
hurting something in a game. Coaches can get on top of players for doing the wrong form and
pulling out players from games when they have a minor injury to further damage anything.
