 After creating or updating the documented information, it shall be shared temporarily at Gulf Union Foods Company (GUFC) Intranet to authorized
designation for review and approval
 The document under creation or updating shall be identified as “DRAFT” by using watermark in the background of documented information.
 QA Manager shall notify to authorize person for review and approval and once approved, the watermark of “DRAFT” shall be removed.
 Once the identification mark as “DRAFT” is removed and converted to PDF, the documented information shall be considered as reviewed, approve and
distributed to registered users.
 No one can do any amendment and if any updates are needed, it must be send to Quality Control Department
 Physical signature are not required for written, review or approval evidence. Only the names of authorized person is enough to mention in documented
information.
 Once the documented information is uploaded at GUFC Intranet and available to registered users, it shall be considered are reviewed, approved and
distributed

& Quality risks for the interest of public health by designing,
operating and maintaining activities in accordance to the
defined and established policies and procedures.
COMPLIANCE
• Our Food Safety & Quality Management Systems conforms
and will be conforming to all applicable (local, national,
regional & international) Food Safety andQuality
requirements as well as mutually agreed customer
requirements.
COMMUNICATION
• We do believe in maintaining a very close coordination &
communication with our all stake holders, interested parties,
regulatory authorities, internal and external customers and
suppliers for the sake of Food Safety and Quality
Conformance.
CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT
• No Food Safety and Quality Management System is perfect
but we are driven by a philosophy of continual improvement.
We at Gulf Union Food Co. are committed to maintain and
continually improve the Food Safety & Quality Management
System by all means at all levels by establishing objectives,
targets, analyses of data and management reviews.
