After creating or updating the documented information, it shall be shared temporarily at Gulf Union Foods Company (GUFC) Intranet to authorized
designation for review and approval
The document under creation or updating shall be identified as “DRAFT” by using watermark in the background of documented information.
QA Manager shall notify to authorize person for review and approval and once approved, the watermark of “DRAFT” shall be removed.
Once the identification mark as “DRAFT” is removed and converted to PDF, the documented information shall be considered as reviewed, approve and
distributed to registered users.
No one can do any amendment and if any updates are needed, it must be send to Quality Control Department
Physical signature are not required for written, review or approval evidence. Only the names of authorized person is enough to mention in documented
information.
Once the documented information is uploaded at GUFC Intranet and available to registered users, it shall be considered are reviewed, approved and
distributed
