1. All questions are compulsory.

2. The question paper consist of 29 questions divided into four sections A, B, C and D. Section A
comprises of 4 questions of one mark each, section B comprises of 8 questions of two marks each,
section C comprises of 11 questions of four marks each and section D comprises of 6 questions of six
marks each.

3. Use of calculators is not permitted.

SECTION – A

1. Find the inverse of 𝑔: 𝑅 → 𝑅, 𝑔(𝑥) = 4𝑒 2𝑥 + 3 and the domain of the 𝑔−1 (𝑥)

2. What should be the value of n for which the points (2, -3), (3, 1) and (5, n) are collinear?

anti-parallel. What is the length of the longer diagonal?
