I. Title: (State the project’s title. See to it that it not a replica of other’s work, be creative and

innovative)

crafting to finality of the project. Pre implementation will tackle how the preparation will be

done which include consultation, meetings, requests and tapping of people to be involved.

Mechanics and implementation stage will be detailed according to how the plan is set.
