Section-A (Reading Comprehension)


1. Read the passage.

Unseen passage followed by 4 questions.

Write one-word/ short answers for questions A, B and C and full sentence answer for question D.

Section-B (Writing)

2. Observe the picture given below. Write 6-7 sentences based on this picture after giving a suitable
title. You can use the key words given in the box.

Key Words: collage, spirit of festivals, happiness and joy, colours, lights, unity in diversity, feeling of
togetherness, essence of India.

Section-C (Grammar)
3. Change the verbs in brackets to simple past tense. Write the new sentences in your answer sheets.
