CONTRACT TO SELL

OF A PORTION OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed in Silang, Cavite, by and among—

1. MARIA ELENA G. CORONEL, single, and a resident of 72 F. Santiago Circle St., St.
Anthony Subdivision, Brgy. San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal;

2. HERNANDO G. CORONEL, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Taytay,


Rizal;

3. ROLANDO G. CORONEL, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Quezon


City;

4. KRISTINE BERNADETTE G. CORONEL, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident


of Parañaque City; and

5. MARIANO LORENZO G. CORONEL, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of


Parañaque City;

-and-

SPOUSES ARMANDO A. ERCILLO and SHELALYN YEBES-ERCILLO,


both of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Block 82, Lot 29, J.P Rizal St., Upper
Bicutan, Taguig City, hereinafter called the VENDEE,

WITNESSETH:

THAT the VENDOR is the owner of a portion of 39,360 square meters of a


parcel of land with total area of 138,773 square meters located at Brgy. Calumpang
Cerca, Indang, Cavite covered by Tax Declaration No. 10-0013-01996 in the name of
the Heirs of Doroteo Coronel, namely, Mariano Coronel III, et al.;

THAT the VENDOR has offered to sell and the VENDEE has agreed to buy a
portion of 1,015 square meters of the above property, subject to the following terms and
conditions:

1. The purchase price is ONE MILLION FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS


(Php1,015,000.00), Philippine currency, payable as follows:

a. Down Payment of Php515,000.00 upon the execution of this contract,


receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR; and

b. The remaining balance of Php500,000.00 shall be paid after two (2) weeks
or on November 12, 2020;
