TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to authorize Engelbert L. Caperoso , of legal age,married, Filipino, resident of 18


Brgy. Balele, Tanauan City, Batangas and Filipina M. Calosa , of legal age, married, Filipino,
resident of Poblacion, Malvar, Batangas, to look for buyer of parcel of land particularly
described as follows:

“A parcel of land known as Lot 1609 B, of Psc-47, Malvar Cadastre, beginning at


a point marked “1” on plan being S. 85 deg. 18’ W., 2,333.01 from BLLM No.1 Pcs-47, Malvar
Cadastre, situated in the Barangay of Bulihan, Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas,
Island of Luzon. Containing an area of 51,660 sq.m more or less. Covered by Tax Declaration
No. 15-0002-00130”.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The selling price of the above-described real property is THREE THOUSAND


(3,000) PESOS per Square meter.

2. The seller shall give 5% of the selling price as broker’s/agents commission.

3. All expenses such as Capital Gain Tax (CGT) and Documentary Stamp Tax relative
to the sale, shall be shouldered by the buyer and the Real Property Tax (RPT),
Notarial Fee and Transfer Tax, shall be shouldered by the seller.

4. This authority is valid until officially revoked by the undersigned.
